Don't open till 10 charges outrageous fees. Don't waste your time
Update: take a bank of America check into bank of America and they try to charge you 8 dollars to cash it unless you "open an account" you know one of the ones where they charge you ten bucks a month for them to loan your money to others. And I thought wells Fargo was bad. BA k of America is trash

ATMs are constantly not accepting deposits. One of the most important functions of the ATM is consistently not working!!!! I have bills coming out on autopay and I can't ever deposit the money necessary in a timely manner without going inside which I don't have time for.

Opening at 10 now? This bank is useless, tell me why I should keep my business account here when I can't even come in and get a check in the morning til 10 am. Ridiculous and pathetic

Moved here from Illinois and this is the closest BOA to me. Hours of operation are not regular business hours and if you need to speak with someone about your account, make an appointment or go on the app I was told. No Thank You! Closing my account!

Door and google state 9 am opening time.Was not open til 10, and drive through only. Was informed they could not accept foreign currancy, despite them being able to last week.What is the purpose of having a branch, and not just 5 ATMs, if you can open or close an account, deposit currancy, get a loan or morgage?
