Got 2 cars from here and neither one of them are working now, called & asked for them to fix it they haven’t done anything yet & I’ve been making payments on 2 cars that can’t move ! Terrible service overall ghetto & dont recommend buying a car here.

Got a 2014 Ford Fusion, unfortunately had to fix several damaged items myself since getting this car around the end of 2023. The dent in fender from a previous accident ✅ The AC ✅ The Wheel Bearing ✅ The scratches on the outside & the coffee stains they never detailed before placing on the lot ✅ Don’t walk, RUNNNNNNNNN past any car lot on this road tbh. Payments almost $500. It’s really sad because some people just get in a tough spot and need a helping hand with no knowledge of cars. So many people taking advantage, I think they are in the group of those people. Thanks for coming to my tedtalk.

Terrible customer service! & I mean big attitude, acting snobby bad customer service.. sold me a vehicle right off the lot with scratches & this huge dent, bent rim & all. Sent me to a “third party” mechanic & he’s as rude as them, but my issue is they all banned together and tried to blame the dent on me! I haven’t had the car one week! The mechanic at A&R tried to then say well you know the ladies are in the office, they don’t walk the lot, wellllllll they should. Kinda sounds like their job as they’re SELLING what’s on the lot lol. The one star might be for them trying to fix the car, but the ladies & the mechanic act like they’d rather not.. Take your car to a dealership for testing & then get it fixed properly. Definitely not worth the expensive monthly car payments, but it’s a buy here pay here, so I guess it should be expected.

Looked at vehicles they had for sale. Nobody came out to check on us or be pushy. Vehicles seem nice with decent mileage and good payment options.
