Paid this place over 2000 dollars in a month down for car been waiting for a tag over 3 months paid for tax and tag also so why do I have to pay for taxes and all that I had a lapse on insurance no my old car to pay so why after I pay it I have to still pay for the taxes and registration not to include the fact that its leaking cool and and oil out of the car so what happens next they sent the car to financing so next I gotta make payment then pay to get car fixed like really people work to hard for there money to be tricked into buying lemons and not paying for tag and clearly have gotten the money and even after all that is said and done car was 1800 down that’s with tax and tag so why is it 200 dollars still out there not accounted for and that needs to be paid to the finance company I’m writing so much because that’s scamming not to include you can be riding with your kids anywhere out of town anything then boom car breaks down it’s sad they are allowed to do this to people

I just got a Kia Sorento from them on 6/28/24 and now my car is making a loud noise from the wheels or axle whenever I drive and when I turn the steering wheel while in parked and I asked them could they take a look at it and they told me I have to have it looked at on my own.
Its sad that I just got this vehicle and I gotta make a $380 car payment every 2 weeks and plus I gotta pay to see what’s going on with it and gotta pay to get it fixed and make a car payment as well.

they sold me a jeep that was bad engine, they so called fixed it till my warranty expired now its broke again and needs a new engine. and thats whats they was supposed to fix in the first place. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ALL BAD CARS. JEEPS ETC...
I will be contacting someone about this action 9 someone. cause now I'm stuck paying for a jeep that doesn't work ?

This place has terrible service the lady had a really bad attitude and my mom was gonna buy a car she put it on her insurance and she didn’t have proof yet but it was on her insurance and the lady there still let someone else test drive it while it was on my moms insurance so don’t recommend this place

Do not waste your time or money at this dealership they literally sell lemons they buy used cars from auctions and they do not put no money into none of their cars they do not repair none of their cars they literally clean the cars out put a little bit of oil in it and put it on the lot that's what they do to their cars . I purchase a vehicle from this car lot my transmission went out 30 days before of me having the car I didn't even get to make my first car payment and my transmission went out . She was nice enough to put me into another car but when she moved me into another car that car engine was bad literally knocking up and down the street and then when I called to get a warranty and get my engine replaced the warranty told company told me that the car wasn't even registered for me to be able to get the warranty. I don't understand how I'm supposed to make payments on a vehicle that has a bad engine and when I call the phone nobody answers my phone calls nobody returns my calls but when it's time for me to make a payment you think I'm going to be eager to answer the phone . RUN FROM THIS CAR LOT INVEST IN SOMEWHERE ELSE!
