“As a chef who's basically given up on the quality of grocery stores, I have to say this location has been on point everytime I've shopped there. Highly satisfied. But this post is about a certain employee that works there by the name of Karmen I believe.... I shopped there last night and received the best service that I've ever gotten from an employee. She was very professional and courteous. And kept a smile on her face. And she bagged the items and put them back in the cart. Something that has stopped happening at most food lion locations. I definitely think she's one of their better employees at this location and she deserves a raise if she hasn't had one. She did an amazing job. Most cashiers don't speak until they tell you your total. My hat goes off to her. Finally found a grocery store worth shopping at!”
“Food Lion on Golden Gate in Greensboro is very clean and well stocked and the only one I've been in with a self checkout and the customer service was the best.”

“Dollar General was fine. Praying that people that are abled body would consider the HANDICAP and DISABLED. Yesterday she didn't have her walker.Good thing I was taking/driving a CRIPPLED PERSON and was able to park in front of the store so that she had easy access to enter the building.And she likes shopping there because there is room for to use a Shopping Cart for a walker and get the items she needed and maneuver around the store. VERY GOOD THANK YOU Dollar General on Randleman Road.”

“I recently visited this store and management has this place in excellent shape! All the aisles are perfectly organized and straight. Great environment. The whole crew is on top of their game. No riff raff lazy employees which means a lot. Compared to the other dollar general stores in the area this one is the best. Definitely hats off to management. Nicole was the manager on duty and she runs a very tight ship. Good job everyone. It’s nice to go in these retail stores when someone actually cares.”

“DOLLAR GENERAL (Store #16123, E. Lee St., Greensboro, NC)OUTSTANDING ALL-AROUND QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!This Dollar General (DG) store has done a COMPLETE turnaround--FOR THE BETTER!!! Once again, I can enjoy shopping at this DG store. First, the parking lot is CLEAN! Second, inside DG the isles are clear (from front to back), floors are kept clean (swept/mopped), and most of all the SHELVES are STOCKED with PRODUCTS!We (valued customers) owe this remarkable improvement (in part) to the dedicated, and sometimes demanding work done by TOMEKA AUDREY and TYESHA JOHNSON, part of Heidi B's (supervisor) team that I've had the absolute pleasure to interact with on several occasions. I genuinely appreciated the professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness that TOMEKA and TYESHA always provide to not only me but also other customers every time I shop in this particular Dollar General store. However, this potentially had a World Dryer NoTouch hand dryers, but they were replaced with 2019 Excel Dryer XLERATOR hand dryers... The restrooms were very nice and clean, although a fly was in the front men's room. Overall, this is a great Walmart!”

“I really like this store. Didn't have the item I was looking for (wheelbarrow tire) but all the sales staff I encounter, were more than helpful, polite and made sure we knew their name if we needed anything else. Thumbs up to the young man in the garden center for you help.”

“This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I have been too. Clerk was very nice. Store was clean and the aisles were clear of unstocked items. You could actually shop here and be a pleasant experience.”
