The Alamance Church/Old Julian Store is disgusting. It's always dirty, cluttered, and smells very bad. I don't have too high of expectations, I mean it's a DG. But man. Worse than how nasty the store is by a long shot, is how NASTY the employees are! SO RUDE! Also quite dirty themselves. I think a lot of the smell of the store is coming from the employees, if I'm being honest. Today I was treated so poorly for no reason, and on 4th of July weekend too. You'd think they'd respect, at least for the holiday. I guess not. SPEND YOU MONEY ELSEWHERE! These people are trash

All the employees here are super friendly! Currently closing at 8pm. Not sure why or for how long. I will update once they start closing at 10pm again

This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I have been too. Clerk was very nice. Store was clean and the aisles were clear of unstocked items. You could actually shop here and be a pleasant experience.

This store is really nasty selves are empty the stock is either in the back or sitting in the middle of the floor in the way it’s really hard to get around the store the manager Kelly is always standing outside smoking she can’t keep any help I do believe it’s because of her nobody can work with her I do love having this store so close to my house but something really needs to be done with the manger

I stopped by yesterday (6/25/2022) to buy something which they did not have. I know Dollar Tree does carry this item and today I'm driving 15 miles away rather than the 4 miles to this store to buy my item. This store is not very old yet it is messy and this is disappointing. It's always cluttered and "junky" looking the times I've been there. I don't go there very often but the few times I have stopped by, the clerk is typically sitting right outside the front door smoking (yuck). On the plus side, the people who work there are friendly.

Wish they would hire me just to stock shelves. They have the goods they just don’t have them out. Still a good store though.

The employees are very polite and helpful but the stores need to be cleaner and less cluttered. I dont think this is the fault of the employees, it seems like they need more help in order to put up stock and help customers. All the stores I have been in seem to have only 2 employees, in my opinion to be properly staffed they need at least 3.
