I have total confidence and trust in the mechanics at Brady's. There is no job too small and no job too big. They do it all. From my farm tractor to my personal vehicle. If they tell me it's fixed, it is.

I will not be coming here again. They are nice and friendly that's for sure. However, in my first time there they had broken a valve on my gas tank and zip tied some other stuff without telling me or actually fixing their mistake. This was about 2 yrs ago.... it took me this long to find someone who actually looked at my car to figure out why the check engine light was on. I don't know much about cars and I am a female. It's hard to find a place that actually fixes your problems without lying or trying to get your money for something that's not broken. Do with this information as you will. But again I will not be coming back.

Worst customer service l have experienced in years. I had received a recommendation to have my vehicle towed to their shop since I am 3 hours away. I had not heard anything in a week after having it towed there so I called to check to see if they even had my keys for that matter since the vehicle was taken to their lot on a weekday before they opened. The lady who answered the phone flipped out and told me basically I was bothering her and that "we're busy, We are always busy and I told you that!!" I assure you I would have never taken my vehicle there if I had known they didn't have an opportunity to look at it " for at least 2 weeks!" I had never spoken to this person before except to let her know one day prior to having it towed there. I refuse to be spoken to so rudely and then to be charged for it. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this person. I work too hard for my money to be spoken to that way. She is an embarrassment to this establishment. Thumbs down!!!
