They sold me a 2008 Mercury mountaineer and before my 4th payment, the transmission went out. They offered to fix it for another $1,000. Then they filled for repossession on it because they claim they spoke with my friend who told them to keep it, who did not have my permission to say that and is not on the title. When I asked how they can legally do that, I was told it's too late and they can't help me but if I want to give another $1,000 for a down payment on another vehicle, they could do that. I told PENNY idk how she sleeps at night doing people like that. I hung up and called my attorney.HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.THERE'S TOO MANY OTHER PLACES TO BUY A CAR WITHOUT THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!first the owner tells me the car was only owned by 1 owner ..the miles on the car seemed great at the time!! Radio didn’t work convertible didn’t work(asked if they would fix it)Only drove this car for 5 months before it messed up on meWhen they pulled the car fax come to find out there was 5 owners and the odometer had been messed with more that ONE TIME!! (Made sense as to why when we tried fix the radio issue the miles were differentThen the transmission went out!.13,000 for a car I drove 5 months!!!!!!

Me and my family have bought several cars throughout the years from Piedmont Motor Sports. The owner and staff were all very nice and professional. I got a great car at a great deal since they don't charge interest on their vehicles. I have recommended them to my friends and family and all of them have had great experiences. As soon as my car is paid off I will definitely get my next car from them as well.

After I paid my taxes, tags, and title fees, and after I transferred my insurance, the secretary asked me to sign papers stating that the car had a salvage title. The dealer never once mentioned that to me. I signed the papers because I had already given them my money. Later, I asked for my van back because I had only had the car two days and the check engine light came on. The catyllic convertor was going out. The hood was not put back properly, the bumper was popping out, and the rear window would not roll down. They let me have my van back AFTER they stripped it of the hitch and the wiring estimated at $449.50. I lost over $700. Just a warning.

They failed to tell my friend the car she was trading for had a salvaged titled. They did give her back her vehicle, but not before stripping it of the hitch and wiring! That's bad business no matter who you are.
