“I bought a load of blue rock a few weeks ago. Today decided I needed more of the same. I could not remember the name of my blue rock.I was very fortunate to reach Sam Whitaker. He was not able to find the record so he took the time to go through all the possibilities until we settled on what I needed. We talked it through and he sent a photo of "Midnight Blue Flat rock"While he was helping me, he was trying to eat a little lunch while running around the yard and talking to many other customers.Sam Whitaker showed up at my house and delivered my heavy order less than 2 hours from the time I made my call. Sam who plays college ball at a high level, did a fine job representing FMR.I will be returning to Farmers Mulch and Rock. You guys ROCK !Thanks very much Sam. You will go far.”
“I recently bought a lawn mower from them. It was within 30 minutes of closing but they still took the time to go over the choices available. When I selected one, they filled it with oil and fuel and went over the questions I had regarding maintenance.
I would recommend buying a mower from this establishment.”

“Five star customer service experience at Elkin North Carolina Tractor Supply location. I had purchased a lawn mower at this location about a month prior. The mower had some starting issues that I had spoke to a few people at this location on a couple of occasions. After several attempts at the over the phone troubleshooting, I took the mower back to the location.
Once I arrived I had a quick conversation with Jamie who was one of the managers. We went outside and took a quick look at the mower and with his knowledge he quickly determined what the issue was. Unfortunately it wasn't a simple repair, so the mower was replaced with an identical unit.
I have to admit that I was wowed with this customer service experience, so I felt like I needed to share with others. Jamie and his entire team went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of to my satisfaction in a very short period of time.”
