Country motors came and pick up my 2500 truck at 8pm on a Sunday night. In a timely manner with fair towing pricing. Had the truck towed over 40 miles to my house. Would highly recommend and I would use Country Motors services again if needed them in the future.

Beware of the as is vehicle for sale. Please do proper inspection on anything for sale. Bought a truck from him not even a good week. Engine is total and I haven't had it a good week. Tried to get tag and it's a savage truck. Loss of money !! Beware

After an unfortunate car accident in late March, the responding police officer offered to call a local towing company in order to get my vehicle the 9 miles home. I specified that I had no business preference since I had never used towing services before, but I quickly regretted that decision.After calling my insurance to verify the terms on my towing coverage which specified I could be towed to any location with a dollar amount in coverage, the driver told me he would only take my vehicle to the company lot unless I agreed to pay immediately out of pocket to have it delivered to my home. I didn't want to agree to those terms since my entire reasoning for calling a tow was the get my vehicle back to my house, so I asked that the vehicle be left where it sits and I would get it home myself. The driver said he would not leave the vehicle without payment for services, which had not yet been provided. As a young woman with an infant in hand, being stranded after my first accident, I was forced into an impossible position. While trying to decide how to proceed the driver rudely stated "Do you have the money to pay me or not?" I was taken aback by his blatant disrespect and insensitivity. My finances were not the concern, but rather how to best navigate this difficult situation.After talking with my husband who was stuck in construction traffic on the way to the accident, we decided to pay to have the vehicle towed home, a total of 9 miles from the accident. Upon delivering the vehicle, I was given a bill for $100, oddly enough the exact amount of coverage he heard verified by my insurance. I attempted to pay by check and the driver scoffed and said they do not accept checks. I asked if they accepted card payment and the driver replied "Not usually, but if we do there is a charge for using the card." Again, after an already stressful situation, I asked him if he expected everyone to walk around with that kind of cash in their pocket at any given moment. He didn't respond at first and then with an obviously irritated voice (while also smoking on my property) he said "Just give me your card and I'll run it." I refused and told him I would go get cash from my children's savings since it was so important for him to be paid in cash only immediately.This was the most unprofessional service I have ever received and I couldn't believe the lack of decency given that we live in such a small hospitable community. I learned a hard valuable lesson that this company is not to be trusted. I will most definitely reccomend any local towing service BUT this one in the future. I took a while to cool off before writing this review hoping that my nerves from the incident were imparing my view of the situation, but even after 2 months it's still glaringly obvious that this was incredibly poor service.Service: Car towing

Roy is a great person, he tries to help you get a part you need if he has it and even if he doesn't he will try to find it for you. My husband and I have been doing business with him for a while. He gives you his best to get the job done and the work that's him and his help is great quality work.
