Rude inconsiderate people and it's stupid you have to drive all the way there to make a payment every car lot I know that is buy here pay here you can call a payment in on my phone when you live about 2 hours from the place I work everyday it's stupid to there to make payments I will never consider buying a vehicle here and if you are smart you will look at elsewere unless you like headaches run far far away from this place

When we got the car nobody had informed us we had to make the payments in person not over the phone and would not let us pay the payment and late fee and took the car horrible service and dirty looks all 3 times I was there and the cars they sell have problems will never be getting a vehicle from there again

Extremely rude, very nasty old woman who works there. She needs to retire her attitude ruined my entire experience and I will tell every person I know not to buy from you all because you make people feel like second class citizens.

Got a Chevy Impala from them, unfortunately for us the car started having transmission issues, but they said it was fine. How is it fine when the problem isn't resolved & actually gets worse? Then after returning it to them, they said it was taken to Raleigh. Funny how it's already back on the sales lot. Whoever gets it next is in for disappointment. I don't like to give negative reviews, but in this case even one star is too generous.
