“Called Zack's towing at dawn as I'm sitting on the side of the road, engine was starting to overheat. Terry showed up super fast! Towed my Jetta back to their shop. He even helped me deduce what was wrong(fortunately it was something stupid and easy) and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. If you are in the area and need a tow, call Zack's towing first. Hands down the best tow service I've ever used, and Ive used a lot over the years. A+ 6 stars if I could!”

“Traveling from South Carolina to Pennsylvania, we had a metal hook crash through our windshield. No one within 30 miles could fix it.
JR was incredible and really saved the day. He could have just towed us and charged us what ever he wanted but instead suggested another solution and even offered us to come to his shop to use his shop vac. And he did that without planning on charging us anything.
Incredibly fair and friendly, we were lucky that JR was there for us.”
