purchased item on e-bay, sent it back and seller refuses to refund. Never even opened the box. Tracking indicates an individual at the address accepted the return and now seller claims it was not the same item. E-bay will not back claim and says it is too late. I expected more from a company with a cross in the logo. Buyer beware if you think you will need to return an item to this company.

A lot of really cool knifes and stuff but when I went to buy the knife I put the box on the counter and paid him once I got halfway down the road I opened the case and had the wrong knife. A few weeks after when I had the time I went back and told him what had happened and the guy said too bad I can't help you son.

Don't buy any harmonicas from this place. Boxes were not sealed and brass reed plates have black on them, which means they've either been exposed to moisture or someone took them out of the package and played them. Also, their communication is crap! Right after purchasing I sent a message kindly asking them to combine the shipment so I could save on shipping. They combined the shipment but still charged me shipping on both. RIP OFF! I do not recommend this store!

People there are not nice. Think you should do a little research on the owners and the employees before spending your money there! Definitely go to ebay. Much better and no hassles

Never received eBay item, No response to multiple emails. Had to request that eBay get involved just to get refund. Judging from other buyers feedback, this is common practice for 67 Hardware. How they stay in business is a mystery. Buyer Beware!

I just made a trip over 100 miles to vist this place where I have spent a LOT of money over the years. They close at 3pm on Saturday and I got caught up in traffic and was running 5 minutes behind schedule. I called the store and spoke to the owner to verify that I would be there at epm and that I could still pick up my items, and he said I could. I arrived at the store just prior to 3pm and the store was already locked and closed. I'll never visit here or spend another dime at this liar's store. So much for honesty these days. NEVER AGAIN! The knife prices are an over inflated joke!
