This is the WORST Walgreens I’ve ever used. Often as not my wife and I will get emails and texts saying our prescriptions are ready. And when we walk in to pick them up. We get a smile and a “not ready yet”. Then why send the damned notice! So from now on it’s the three days rule. Get email wait three days. Or wait for a reminder. Or from now on I’ll get it filled in Boone.

I had a bad experience with an old employee and gave them a bad review but since then they have been great and I've had positive experiences since then. They do a good job and seem to care.

It took almost 2 weeks to get my prescription filled (and it's already made up, no putting pills in jars...just slap a label on box then done) Then they didn't fill it correctly, and didn't use my insurance!!!! I hadn't been on this medication before and when I recently went to Walmart and got it filled for $34...this Walgreens charged me full price $109! Staff will blow you off like you don't matter. I'm glad I changed to Walmart. Beware of this Walgreens.

It is inconsiderate of the staff of Walgreens to close this store when people need their medication. It seems easy for the staff to leave a sign on the door saying this store is closed, go to Walgreens in Boone or Sparta, like it is expected that the patient can drive that distance. I am extremely disappointed in Walgreens allowing this to happen and also the staff of this particular store.

Worst excuse for a Pharmacy I have ever visited. I just wish you could post zero stars. Made the mistake of transferring a prescription to this store. When I picked it up, the same prescription I had been using for over two years, the quantity was incorrect. When I explained that this was not correct the pharmacist claimed this was the amount the prescription called for, even though the email I received from Walgreens showed the correct amount. I refused to accept the order and got my money refunded. I contacted my doctor and had a new prescription sent to a different local pharmacy. End of story? Not exactly. Even though I have refused to accept the prescription, Walgreen reported it as being picked up so the new pharmacy was unable to fill the order. Walgreens costumer service 800 number would not dial through from my landline but I was finally able to get through on my cell today and I was told it could take several days to straighten the mess out. After talking to the local pharmacy and explaining what was going on, they were able to eventually fill my order. The pharmacist at the local drug store just shook her head when I told her what I had gone through to get my order filled. The prescription come in a box of three and she said they aren't supposed to even open the boxes in the store. You have been warned.

The older man that is the pharmacist is very rude he also discriminate me and embarrassed me in front of everyone that was in the store. I want his name and store number so I can call corporate. IT was very uncalled for and unnecessary. Very unprofessional!!

Stores closes whenever the staff warrants it - unannounced!They close the drive up window at will!Lines inside are long! No apologies ever!Sometimes it takes 3-4 days to fill prescriptions!!!
