Karen the post master and the unfortunate mailman who's name I didn't even think to ask were so polite helpful and understanding. Not a fan of mail or anything usps but...yea. THEY BOTH NEED A RAISE USPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time they change employees I stop getting my mail.... Last time I had to wait 3 months before I decided to call them and even that didn't work I had to leave a note in my mailbox explaining how to deliver the mail to the entire trailer park.... Then I got 3 months worth of mail at once which was damaged.... And it's happening again... Due to this I missed papers from the IRS and other things that were very important and it has caused me financial hardship...

Absolutely worthless. if they cannot ram your packages into the mailbox, they leave them piled up at the post office and refuse to attempt delivery. Sometimes I get lucky and find my package laying in the street at mailbox. When tracking packages online, it always shows "held at post office.per customer request". I've never requested this and amazingly this pops up on tracking before the office even opens in the morning. I literally have to take time off work just to drive to the post office and pick up my packages since they open at 9am and close at 4:30. Happened 20+ times. It's government so probably shouldn't expect much from our tax dollars.

Constantly having packages marked "Held for pickup at customer request" even though I can assure you I am not requesting this service. Happened this past Friday 8/13/21. Get there and the package is not there. Found the driver and got my package that was in his car. Monday 8/16/21 another package sue for delivery marked as "held for pickup at customer request". They're only open 9:00-4:00 with an hour lunch in the middle. When exactly am I supposed to get in to pick up the package that I didn't request to be held for pickup?

15 years of receiving other high business mail, ask nice to return to sender so it would stop. We will put a note up, nobody ever read it. I said it’s not working. Yet they had no problems sending my stuff back, CLOSED PO ( how much do they get paid$?)

Left my package on the road of 163! Where it could be run over ! Not acceptable. My neighbors were kind enough to give it to me before it was run over !

We complained about the conduct of the post master, Karen. Shortly after, we dropped off over 30 packages. On arrival, Karen greeted our carrier at the door, & accepted all 30+ packages. She then reported us for MAIL FRAUD, & held, but refused to ship, all 30+ Team Kits (packages): Nearly to, or in excess of, $10,000 worth of property, 3 of which are currently missing. We were, of course, cleared of all fraud by the USPI's office. Karen, the post master, was forced to then release the kits (packages). All were subsequently late. The damage this woman caused, is veritably costly. We recognize USPS as part of the United States' federal gov't, & being such, welcome any forthcoming investigation into conduct, we believe, unbecoming of a US Post Master. Certainly the citizens of the USA shouldn't be held to a higher standard then those who regulate us.
