Terrible trees. Scrawny, droopy with broken twisted branches and overpriced. Avoid their Christmas trees at all cost. I wasted over $170 for a dry ugly tree. Terrible company

Update: I wrote the company six days ago to try to resolve this, and never heard back. Clearly they don’t care about their customers so my review stands. Luckily I was able to get a refund through the Home Depot where I purchased. Never again.
What a horrible, overpriced tree. I’ve had the tree 2.5 weeks and it hadn’t needed water in 5 days. We all know that means it’s dying. Already. For $150, are you actually kidding me? The branches were also wilting and so light, we couldn’t get a single heavy ornament on. It’s a small tree even though I ordered 7.5-8 feet. Total garbage. All I have is regret with this company. Do a curbside pickup instead, if you can! Nicer trees for $50. Had I known that, I never would’ve ordered this overpriced tree. So disappointing.
