Been a customer for 7 years, only due to lack of options in the area for our rental home. They allowed fraud on our account twice, by allowing a tenant to call in and increase the speed. They never asked him to identify himself. Now, after 7 years they have increased our service $21/mo without notice. Called to speak to a supervisor. Eric called me back and told me that he couldn't help me and then said that he was hanging up the phone and did. Called back and finally got someone on the phone who knew what she was doing and was able to give us a higher service for less money, resulting in only a $5 increase from our previous bill. Why Eric was so rude, I'm not sure, but Morris Broadband should probably look into that. I'm about to revise our lease to no longer include wifi just so I no longer will have to deal with this company.

Came up a week ago after telling us a month before hand that it would be done within a few weeks to only tell us they would come the next day to run the wire but now a week later they have yet to come back and I see their trucks everywhere around town doing no work to only come home to them doing absolutely nothing, no progress, no calls, just nothing. If you have a choice do not use them, take anyone else.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Twice my husband took days off work to stay home and wait for a tech to come out, and twice they canceled on us with out letting us know, the second time we called at 3:30pm and were told they were coming soon, and no dice. We then called and asked to speak with a manager, we were told they would call us back within 24 hours. Again, no dice, called back and no we are waiting for a tech to come out tomorrow, and 2 different managers are supposed to call us within ANOTHER 24 hours. We'll see...I'm not hopeful. It'd be really nice if there was a corporate contact number ANYWHERE.

I have rentals and always refer to Morris Broadband. I like this company a lot and would give them five stars if they just worked out one thing. Instead of making a customer stand on alert all day from 8:30 until 5:00 for service to be installed, why not close the window and say morning or afternoon? It isn't right to hold a customer hostage all day long in order to receive services. I really like the staff and know they will work on this for their customers.

Service goes down often. You pay for unlimited service but limited service is what you'll get at best. Their customer service is about worthless when it comes to dealing with issues
