Disgustingly dirty! 1 inch dust on everything I touched on the shelves, expired items, bathroom is dirty and can’t lock the door! I ended up walking out without buying a candy bar, what we stopped for. This is for the gas station part of it , not the grill!

You wouldI think if you have your hours posted online what time you're open until you would stay open to that time unless you can't afford it. and in that case you don't need to have a business if you can't afford to stay up and when you say you're going to be open

When a customer orders and pays for a sausage dog at the grill and receives a sausage biscuit that is poor customer service. The customer should not have to be called a liar, raise his voice to get his point across, and be told that they made the mistake and ordered the wrong thing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. When a customer ask for money back when they are not given what they ordered then a manager should be called and the money should be returned promptly. Then to have the nerve to call the police when the customer gets so upset that a cup is given back in a more forceful way than expected is beyond me. Yes there were other witnesses. Its ok to ban that customer. I am aware of the truth even though your video does not record the voice of your disrespectful customer service behavior. I would not hold your breath on an apology. But I guarantee you it will be the last money kept from my household. My family and my friends can travel the extra miles to get what we pay for. I wish there was something less than a star.
