Very poor service. Pharmacy staff are neither efficient nor friendly. This store does not maintain good hours. It’s a Walgreens, not a private country pharmacy. After the prescription was ordered, I came immediately to pick up and the pharmacy was closed. Finally I was allowed to pick up, but the next month I was penalized on pick up day and sent away twice and not allowed to pick until exactly 31 days. Really? Even though I had tried to pick up twice earlier. The Pharmacy Tech was rude. She would not smile or say thank you and acted inconvenienced and irritated to have to talk, much less explain a concern or actually clarify. Very Poor customer service!

My family have been customers at this store for the last 8 years plus & we have the BEST experiences each & every time we've gone into this store! The staff members are always welcoming, pleasant & helpful and 9 times out of 10 ~ we leave this location smiling or laughing from our interaction with the team members!
I oftentimes bring them pre wrapped treats & holiday cards to show our appreciation for them because they are always super nice & extremely accommodating when interacting with our 2 special needs adult sons when we allow them to go into the store on their own... And that's not just Great Customer Service ~ it's actually being Great Humans! Keep up the wonderful work! ?

Deserves not even one star but negative stars. The pharmacy manager severely lacks professionalism on every conceivable level. In the one visit I had there, I waited hours only to leave there without the proper prescription or an answer of why. During these multiple hours of waiting I watched him and several other people in his pharmacy keep on checking this random shopping basket full of prescriptions that seemed out of place. They need to clean house there and get it together before they do something that will land them on the headlines due to their lack of organization. And then the nice little cherry on top they were super duper condescending and hateful towards not only me but several other customers. Just check your security footage on these goofballs because none of them have the skills to be working in a pharmacy.

Latonya P is rude as a cashier at drive thru pharmacy.Please let her know she is in the business of customer service.Go home if you do not want to work today.This location is open.I am not sure why website says otherwise..I have never had issues with workers before here.

They Keep messing with my wife medicine all the time they change the medicine and the insurance won't pay for it or they change the amount so the insurance won't pay it or they are out of stock. Thinking about changing pharmacies..

The staff is friendly. I always seem to find what I'm looking for. Pretty efficient with filling my medications. I can't speak for everyone but on my experiences no issues.

The pharmacy is a living nightmare. Horrible service, never have medication, doesn’t contact when things are ready. Let’s not forget that makes their hours up last moment. This place is a absolute JOKE. Do not recommend at all

It's finally here! I scheduled new Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine via Walgreens automated phone system yesterday morning (after online twice receiving error message at confirmation) for 11:40 appointment. I arrived at 11:30am with no line: 2 people there (one already had shot). It took much longer than expected but the staff was friendly. The shot itself was painful compared to the initial 2 Pfizer series received at large hospital COVID drive (see pic for scar and bandage). It's also done behind closed doors (I'm personally more brave without closing eyes when everyone looking?). My sweet tooth got the best of me as I bought $23 worth of snacks during the mandatory 10 min stay-in-store after-shot observation period. Lots of stuff in there! ?? Thanks and I wish everyone the best as they also get vaccinated with this updated COVID-specific vaccine. God bless! ?

The location on McKay St. Is fabulous!!!They were helpful with insurance and transfer of my prescription, and answered my questions with compassion and respect; WAY better than the other Walgreens locations.
