“I need to get this off my chest. Never...NOT EVER have I had such an incredible experience. Mrs. Lisa not only helped my husband and I once, but twice with mattress selection (we went in two times because we were indecisive) years. She was patient, considerate, empathetic, and educated on the products she offered us.After we had originally purchased a temperpedic and were unsatisfied with the results, we came ba ck in to exchange it. Knowing that she was going to make little to nothing off the commission for the exchange she still jumped in to assist and was so attentive and helpful. Customer service has been so lackluster in many industries, really to walk in there was a breath of fresh air where as a customer with physical injuries who again was exchanging not purchasing, I was heard and supported.At the risk of sounding crazy please promote her to some role where she trains others in sales and customer service, you have a gem in this staff member. One that is rare these days.. thank you for helping us sleep soundly knowing we made a good investment.”

“Met Mr. Jeffrey today as scheduled and purchased a mattress for my son’s loft bed. I was impressed by his hospitality and how clean he kept his space. I love how he is not about money and will sit down and discuss what works best for your pockets and if financing options are best for you, he will sit down and go fishing for the best option for you. I was able to get a brand new mattress still in packing for less than $200! And he was nice enough to tie it up for me so I could transport it, as he seen that I needed the help even though I chose to deliver it home myself. He does offer delivery that’s not expensive, my son just wanted to drive it home ?. I will definitely be back to purchase more items!!!!! Thank you soo much for your help ?”

“My wife and I have been to Furnitureland South many times browsing. On Memorial Day we found a sofa we liked. We drove to Greensboro to an outlet for an online company. A few observations: at Furnitureland South we were greeted by David Smith. He wasn't pushy and gave us his card and said to call if we had any questions. At the online store's outlet we were not greeted and actually never spoken to. The sofas we were looking at online were covered in fabric and cost as much as the leather sofa at Furnitureland south. My wife looked up the sofa we liked on the online store's website and the price was more than double the price of the sofa at Furnitureland South.Back to David Smith and Furnitureland South. We called David and bought not one but two sofas from him. He was quick to respond to our questions and made us very happy with his answers. I recommend shopping at Furnitureland South and ask for David Smith.ThanksDavid and Lisa”
