“I found this place by accident and I am so glad I did! They have a huge online presence but, if you visit their store in Greensboro, they have a small selection of items out (which they rotate frequently) with 1000s of items carefully inventories in their backroom. I spent a happy few hours in here searching their inventory with Valerie (she would search on something I was interested in, for example, emerald earrings or ruby bracelet) and we would pull items out of inventory to look at on the counter. Their pieces are unique and beautiful, their customer service is fantastic (such a welcoming and warm experience to something that can seem very austere and formal) and I can't wait to find more treasures to come :) I also had my watch serviced through Jewelry Authority (a Rolex that I had repaired and serviced and returned within 2 weeks, very happy all around!)”

“No one ever wants to face an urgent situation where a ring needs to be removed by non -standard methods, but we were in that unpleasant position this week. I called this local jewelry store, spoke to Miss Rany about my wife's ring, and she said to come in. Her jeweler went right to work, and Miss Rany very closely supervised and helped the process with kind attention to my wife. They were able to remove the ring in minutes, and the nature of this first impression was so positive that we will definitely be back. “I would like to share my experience with Ellington’s Jewelers! I had an accident at work, my hand was squashed in a sliding door! My ring squashed almost flat on my finger. With soap and hot water I worked it off before my finger started to swell!
I didn’t know if it could be repaired or not! My sister suggested Ellington’s! Todd took it in the back room, and I mean in 3-4 minutes he came back out holding it up! It looked as good as New! You would never know it was damaged! I thanked them and thanked them! Then told them how Amazing they were!!! If you need an honest reputable jeweler be sure to check them out!! They are located downtown Kernersville, NC!! …by the way, I asked them how much I owed them…he said, “not a thing”. I didn’t feel right not paying them something, because I was so grateful!! He said, okay $5…but I paid $10. They were so kind and Amazing!! Thanks Todd!! God Bless you!!”

“Hadn't realized this place was there (right up from US Sushi and Pita Delite) but was very impressed with a lot of eclectic pieces of jewelry. Staff were warm and welcoming in assisting me in picking out a unique necklace. Lauren was especially accommodating. Must visit for men looking for a unique piece of jewelry for someone and a must visit for women due to the jewelry and a surprisingly large clothes collection. Highly recommend.”
