Im really happy that I found this Jewelry store that really close from where I live. The owner and assistant are really nice. They change the battery of my watch so fast. They repaired my earrings too. Excellent service and reasonable price. I will keep coming back to this jewelry store when jewelry needs to repair.

I’m a watch person and every watch I had was battery dead and though I live very nearby,I had never been to Jamestown Jewelers. On my first visit I brought 4 watches. One needed just a battery, another needed a watch band and battery, the third needed a fairly new watch band removed from a damaged watch, and the fourth needed a repair quote. Everything except the quote was taken care of within 15-20 min at a very fair rate. I received a quote the following week and that watch is now being worked on. Overall, I have been very pleased with their service and how nice everyone was.
