Today 11/29/2023 I spoke with Dona on the phone she advised me they had a new bar and chain for my STIHL chainsaw in stock! (That I have been looking for)I purchased it, later that afternoon I went back because STIHL NOT anyone at STI had the chain part wrong! I spoke with Greg, Preston, Dona(who remembered my name 5 hours later), and two other employees (technicians sorry I forgot your names). Everyone in this store was so willing to help try and solve this manufacturers issue! After about an hour STI brilliant staff was able to figure out the part issue (bar/chain)..Thank you guys so much!You guys have a customer for life.Joe”

“Timing 7:30am to 4:30pm don’t show up before 7:30am they start unloading when the area is clear around 9am you can see in the picture. You have to park on dock 1 which is blind back and i got unloaded in 20 minutes.”
