Gold's Gym Wendover is a well-equipped gym with an insane amount of equipment, including five bench presses, endless arm and leg machines, a wide selection of free weights, cardio equipment, and resistance machines. It offers a dynamic fitness experience focused on strength and performance. The gym is great for the truly dedicated and those serious about lifting, where everyone is welcome. It is very well-equipped for the price and includes its own supplement shop. The facility is described as encouraging, supportive, and clean by some, though others note it could be a little cleaner and is sometimes a little dirty. The staff and certified personal trainers are supportive and motivating, offering great customer service. Members enjoy very affordable fees and appreciate the classes offered. However, some cardio equipment like elliptical machines and treadmills has been reduced, which can make finding machines together tricky, and broken machines are sometimes slow to be repaired. Some members miss the currently closed pool and sauna terribly and look forward to coming upgrades. Overall, it is a nice gym where many are grateful to be members and recommend giving it a try.
Gym is clean. New treadmills with fans on them (I like that). Associates at the gym are always kind and speak to everyone coming or leaving. I wish they would reopen the steam room…. But I understand how things changed after Covid. Sauna pool and hot tub are also nice.
