Furniture is great . But the customer service / after sales service is absolutely terrible . No one takes the responsibility for the missing parts, wrong furniture being delivered and repeated cancellations for the delivery etc. My wife and I leave multiple voicemails, emails and no one has the courtesy to even reply to our messages . Each department keeps punting us to the different department. Made the mistake of ordering furniture in bulk for which we are still receiving deliveries but had I known about these customer service issues I would have seriously stayed away from them .

Great shopping experience! However, in less than 2 years, the Durham Bedroom set legs fell off! Filed a claim in January 2024 with Guardsman as instructed by FLS and they denied the claim, Durham says it is out of warranty and FLS sends apologies. After spending over $30,000 for furniture this is the customer service? Buyer beware!

My wife and i have been buying furniture from furnitureland for 16 years and spent thousands, but today that ends. Today we simply wanted to buy a clock in the outlet area and requested repeatedly for the sales person to assist and just help us understand if the clock works. We waited and waited kept calling and he told us he would get back to us but didnt. So we then asked to speak with the mgr allison thinking she would understand our frustration because we had already spent a considerable amount of time waiting and going back and forth to store, yet it became worse when allison got involved. We basically were told we didnt have to buy it with attitude??? Really???;This is a company that should excel in customer service just because of how pricey they are, yet we were told with an attitude from a manager we didnt have to buy it and made us feel as if they were doing us a favor of allowing us to buy it, which is horrible. So we just walked out taking allisons word. Really wanted that clock and was excited about getting it but we will pass now and forever because of the treatment we were provided. Im sure the owners of furnitureland dont care and will never know how their customers are being treated until they dont have any at all but every customer should count and you need to have people in place that know that. My wife and I have been to Furnitureland South many times browsing. On Memorial Day we found a sofa we liked. We drove to Greensboro to an outlet for an online company. A few observations: at Furnitureland South we were greeted by David Smith. He wasn't pushy and gave us his card and said to call if we had any questions. At the online store's outlet we were not greeted and actually never spoken to. The sofas we were looking at online were covered in fabric and cost as much as the leather sofa at Furnitureland south. My wife looked up the sofa we liked on the online store's website and the price was more than double the price of the sofa at Furnitureland South.Back to David Smith and Furnitureland South. We called David and bought not one but two sofas from him. He was quick to respond to our questions and made us very happy with his answers. I recommend shopping at Furnitureland South and ask for David Smith.ThanksDavid and Lisa

Awful experience, I was at the main store and the outlet but was completely ignored by the associates each time. They actively bypassed me and greeted customers after me. Maybe I looked too poor to them, I would not recommend coming here.

It is the huge place. Staff is extremely helpful. They have furniture meeting all needs of different people. We got a beautiful sleeper sofa and an old fashion chair. Plenty of parking and they have Starbucks and Subway right in the campus.

We ordered a dining table in March, and it finally arrived in May. Despite the estimated delivery date, we kept our old table until we got a confirmed date. When we checked in with FLS they casually told us the delivery was on May 14. Excited, we sold our old table within three hours.On delivery day, as the table was being assembled, my husband saw one of the workers struggling with a table leg. He offered some tools, but it turned out one leg was longer than the others. Seriously, for an expensive table? The delivery guy calmly said a technician would fix it.Customer service scheduled the fix for June 7. We, a family of six, asked for an earlier date and sent photos of the table upside down, with kids running around. No luck. We even asked for a credit to hire someone else—no response.Now, we just want to return the table. We should have stuck with other companies we've bought furniture from. Save your money—once you buy, you're just a number with no customer service.

Ah, Furnitureland South, the Disneyland of furniture—if Disneyland forgot you existed as soon as you bought the ticket. Here, the pre-sale service sparkles brighter than the non-existent after-sales support. Splurge on a $5,000 dining table that might just come with a bonus feature: a leg that doesn’t fit. And if you dare seek help? Brace yourself for an epic quest through the void of customer service. Seriously, save your sanity and your bank account. Avoid at all costs unless you're a fan of high-stakes disappointment.Update: even after following-up with the email address below (with the order number) the matter remains unresolved!

We had a very good experience at furnitureland South. We needed to furnish a 5 bedroom house after losing all our possessions in a housefire. My worries of navigating the complex, due to a disability, were alieved with motorized wheelchair assistance which Jacqueline arranged. In 3 days, Jacqueline Varnish and Angela Six worked with us to get us back home. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and efficient in helping us make the perfect choices .

My shopping experience at Furnitureland South has always been top notch! Friendly service, quality furniture, no pressure sales, etc. I love shopping in their outlet for great deals and always receive the same service shopping for clearance items. Yesterday, Omar Helmi helped me to select a recliner. He was amazing! He was not only very conscientious and attentive to my needs, but he educated me about recliners, the different manufactures, the company’s extra warranty. He helped me consider how I personally would sit, rock, glide, and recline in it. What was I looking for and how I needed it to perform to fit my needs! He also spent time with me looking at other items, as well, but it was never about just making a sale for himself. The whole experience was fantastic! I even had concerns about buying a power recliner in the clearance center and if it would break down, and when I called him today to make the purchase, he informed that he had called the manufacturer’s rep to gather more info about its reliability and if it was a big seller for them. Omar went over and beyond by doing this. He completely put my mind at ease about this purchase! It was a pleasure working with Omar! I will now always ask for Omar when I shop here! This was hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had shopping for furniture! Good job, Omar!

We had a great experience here. Such a great selection of beautiful, well made furniture and helpful staff. We had an issue with one piece that we purchased and customer service was extremely helpful resolving the problem. I can’t wait to have another opportunity to shop there!
