Early Sunday morning I walk in the store and there is a huge pit bull coming from behind the counter. The dog owner/cashier says he doesn't bite!! Oh heck no!! I AM OUT!!

Never had a serious problem with this gas station. However, many of the attendants during the day unfortunately do not know a lot about the products and there is a bit of a lack of enthusiasm. The reason I am writing this review is because I came in late tonight (2:20-2:50 AM) to be met by Tam ( Hope I remember his name correctly). But he was exceptional. I easily spent 3-4x what I intended to spend because he had actually tried many of the of the products behind the shelves and provided me a ton of insight that ultimately led to me purchasing. I am very happy with this experience, and would opt to visit Family Fare over Great Stops if more employees like this inhabited Family Fare. I highly recommend getting this man in the store during peak hours if possible and although it's not for me to say, he should be considered for some form of a promotion. He knows all products inside and out and the other employees have never given me even the slightest glimmer of understanding regarding any of them. Profits could soar if more behind the counter products such as fat burners, 5 hour energy, kratom, delta 8, etc were explained in such a way as Tam did to me. Major respect to this young man. Something for the owners to consider.

The cashier from today 7/18/19 2:33pm, has the worst customer service ever! Management really needs to fire her and hire someone who actually has customer service with a smile.

This place has consistently slow pumps. I finally had to leave at half a tank so I wouldn't be late to work. Took me 10 minutes just to get $10 worth of gas. The Associates inside have the worst customer service. I will take my business somewhere else.

One star is too many. I had to ask the clerk to repeat herself with my total. I asked her how she was she looked at me as if I bothered her. She pointed at my total instead of repeating it loud enough to hear. Dont bother these people here at this BP. They prefer to be left alone. I was very kind and polite and was hoping for the same treatment. Nope not happening here. I will not be back and I hope you get a whole new staff in there, there are people that would love to have a job!

1-4-18 around 4:30pm I went to get the salt washed off my car and paid at the car wash machine. Only thing came out was soap. So now I'm riding around in the cold with soap on my car. I went to inform the clerk and she asked for a receipt. I told her it didn't print no receipt and she said she couldn't help me and the next time pay inside for the car wash. And she informed me that car wash wasn't part of BP. I asked her to pull the tape to see I was there and entered the car wash but she didn't. I asked for the number to who own it and she gave me a number to Tim. This is crazy and I will not return back to that store. I did take pictures of my car and the car wash machine. I got in touch with another gentleman who gave me my money back.

Says its open 24/7 but the new attendant has had the store closed while he sits on his phone in the back for the past 3 days. This place is awful and i urge people to steer clear and go to sheetz on Guilford college instead.

I can't believe I had the exact same issue with the receipt not printing at the pump for a car wash. When I went inside, the line was five people deep at 6:30 in the morning and no one came from the back to help. The selfish woman in front of the other four customers decided it was time to play lottery, apparently for the whole freaking year. By the time anyone from the back came out to help, the line was eight people deep. I got the attention of one of the other attendant attention and . I did get my receipt printed quickly. I went on to get my car washed. However, I will not stop here again. My time is too important to me. Absolutely ridiculous!

This store apparently does not care about customer service in any way! I had recently purchased a car wash from outside at the pump which failed to print out the receipt. The store salesman by the name of "Bernard" failed to print me out the receipt inside with the code since he said he couldn't go back no more than the past 2 transactions that took place at the pump?? He reluctantly gave me the store's phone number to call the store manager by at a later time, he actually refused to write it down for me. I felt as if he was trying to ignore my problem as he rushed to another register to ring up other customer's sales and told me 2 different phone numbers for the store. He was very sarcastic and apathetic as he told me, "What do you want me to do about it?" After I mentioned to him that I would be making a complaint to his manager, he replied "Would you want my last name?" After I asked him for it, he replied "I'm sorry, I have forgot it." I told him that I was sorry that he forgot his last name and thanked him for stealing $7 in a car wash from me. After I had finally found the store's number by doing a Google search, I had called the store manager. After much interruption and stalling from him he then told me that the only way he could resolve the problem was to see him in person. Problem is he is only available during weekdays from 9am to 2pm! After telling him that I work a full-time job and it was going to be hard for me to meet him he then replied, "So what do you want me to do about it?" After working as a salesperson for Sheetz for several months I have learned a good deal of other ways to resolve customer issues which do not require the store manager to be present at the store! All the store manger had to do was to make a note of my name and phone number and leave it for another sales associate to handle for me at a later time during the day. Please not that this same store is supposed to be open for 24 hours. How would this store ever expect to handle customer issues with someone traveling through the state of North Carolina and could never be expected to come from another state??? I am never going back to this store again and I suggest that no one else go to this store expecting a caring personnel. This store is certainly no "Fair" for a "Family"!!!
