PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND BEWARE!!!! They charged me for xs knotless braids and I noticed Katie only put xs in the middle, on top of my head and all the back and sides were size small. You can visibly see the difference in the sizes of the braids. When I addressed this with fama and Katie I was told “they look nice and your hair is thin “ (excuses, to say the least). I always get my braids xs and never had an issue before coming to Express. I was not compensated for overcharging me for xs but giving me small braids. They did not care that they lied to a paying customer. I was extremely upset seeing how this was my birthday style. I will not return to or recommend this shop to anyone.

Loved this place sooo muchhhh they are so talented omg! They can do many hairstyles like cornrows and knotless I think Bohemian box braids and godess braids ect. they are extremely versatile I love them! Waiting time is a little off when it's busy but it's expected so I don't really mind. Time management could be better haha

I totally love my hair and it was quiet and salon and it was clean and she got it done fairly fast I would definitely recommend these people they are one of the best hair salons I've been to in a long time I mean my braids look amazing

My 11 year old daughter and I went to this place to get our hair braided on Friday, Match 3rd of this month.Ever since I have these project homemade braids that they did in my head.Since the first week of March me and my daughter braids been falling out. I recommend for no one to go to them. I don’t like the business that they give to customers and especially when they take all day talking instead of braiding your hair. They are disrespectful and long as me and my daughter is living on this walking earth. They will never get my money.?????Them.Very disappointed me.

My daughter recommended this shop because other braiding shops are rude ... I love this place when I get my hair braided.. when you walk in you're greeted and welcomed... and they make sure you are satisfied with their work and you're in and out a style I got usually I'm in other shops 8 hours or more 6 hours one person done and I'm completely satisfied

Update 6/13/22Unfortunately I have to take some stars away. I have been getting my hair braided by Katie since 2018. I was called 30 min before my appt to notify me that it would have to r/s. I asked could my aoot be switched later that day. I was told that I would get notification...that did not happen. When I consulted back with the my braider I was ignored twice. This was very disappointing and I felt the customer service was very poor. After reviewing the other reviews...I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional I was told to come at 11:30 live in Greensboro and came to Jamestown and they lady told while I was sitting in the parking lot at 11:15 to come back at 1pm keep in mind I live in Greensboro so it made no point to drive all the way back home so I grabbed food and waited upon walking in at 1 I still had to wait a whole hour I was promised two people would work on my head to be faster and you can bet only one the owner worked on my head and she kept stopping to collect money and feed a baby very unprofessional 1at and last time coming here

They open at 9:30am I recommend bringing headphones so you can listen to music. They work fast and do a good job. I got Senaglese twist. Mine are small the length is to the middle of my back for $180
