Amazing service. Down comforter is like new again. Smells amazing and clean. Paid half of what a competitor in HP was asking.

Never a problem. They provided us with a bright yellow garment bag that has our information on it so we do not need to even wait for a ticket. Quick & easy... Don't count on same day service though.
