Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. No one answers the phone, ever. I’ve called multiple times a day to no avail. Since no one would answer the phone, I took time off work to visit a branch during business hours. I walked into both Jacksonville branches and was refused help because I did not have an appointment. How would I know an appointment is needed if no one answers the phone. So I played the game and made an appointment, took more time off of work to go back for a transaction that took only 20 minutes.Calling customer support is of no help, you need to go into a branch for help. But you better make an appointment first.Every other banking establishment I do business with answers the phone when called, and makes time to help me when I walk in. That is how customer service should be.Wells Fargo, I do not recommend.

There is only 1 banker at a time which means long wait times- and don’t bother making an appointment because they won’t honor it. I came in at noon and asked if an appointment was required. Teller said you should definitely make one… so I left and made an appointment for 4:30… Waited over an hour for our appointment and was never seen.. they have a “scheduling conflict” and it booked two people at the same time. I was never even acknowledged when I walked in… anyways the bank closed at 5… we left after 5:30. Was told to make an appointment at the other location because they are open on Saturday…Made an appointment.. showed up at the Western location at my appointment time and the bank was closed because they had no AC. No phone call, no email no text nothing. No courtesy whatsoever. So now here I am on Monday morning waiting again. One single banker.I find it funny there is a quote on the wall here that says “We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: COURTESY”Where is the courtesy?

I have been using wellsbfor years. Just moved back and can never get in contact with this bank on the phone. I've been trying to call for a week and not once has anyone called. disappointed and going to Brynn Mar location now

Each time I've been to this location, ive walked out satisfied. Ive never had any issues. Today however, was great! Depositing my cash and check was a breeze. The teller was kind and professional, I didn't catch her name though. I waited an appropriate time to talk to a banker, whom turned out to be a lovely soul. Maria was professional, super easy to talk to, and most importantly honest and friendly. - to the people complaining about the employees having conversations with guests, boo you. Maria's willingness to share my excitement with my next big financial move was refreshing and appreciated. Great customer service. Thanks lovely!

I’ve personally been banking with Wells Fargo for 14 years. Today I’ve had the worst service ever. I needed help with printing an electronic check, I sat and waited for 20 minutes just like everyone else who was waiting just to be treated rudely by the accountant and the manager because it’s against their policy to help me. Yet, I received help from a Wells Fargo in Kings Mountain, NC, Concord, NC and the Wells Fargo on Western Blvd and another Wells Fargo that was close to us on a vacation out of state. I am very disappointed. Also, whenever I asked the accountant to please not speak to me anymore, that I didn’t want to hear her reasoning, she continued to try to speak to me even when I asked her to politely stop, it wasn’t until I returned her rude behavior that she stopped speaking to me.

I give this branch 5 stars because of the two employees that always seem to assist me with the utmost customer service. Dale and Sterling. My business has banked with Wells Fargo for a very long time and we have stayed because of Dale and her genuine attitude, customer service and accuracy. Sterling is also extremely helpful and kind to all of the customers. After banking with this branch for so long, I had my first issue. The teller's name was Nicole. She seemed very confused at her job and somewhat rude. I've never had this issue before with this branch so I was disappointed. Dale came over to assist her in my deposit and Nicole was rolling her eyes at Dale and giving her a little attitude. Dale was being extremely professional so the attitude the teller was giving was very childish. And other customers could see this teller's attitude. Other than the one teller Nicole... I do recommend this branch due to their accuracy and their genuine customer service to each and every customer. The only complaint I have is the teller Nicole's attitude and unprofessionalism. Unfortunately she may be the cause of losing some customers at this branch.
