Today I needed one of my prescriptions and every pharmacy in town was saying on back order my normal pharmacy wouldn't even reach out to others to see who may have it. This is one I can't go without and Walmart pharmacy to the rescue and they found me an added discount on top of my insurance. Absolutely grateful

Working here is horrible , Do NOT WORK HERE ! They treat there employees like shit, especially in your first 90 days! There is a lot of favoritism that goes around . I know someone who got wrote up because they went on break after they already spoke to someone letting them know they were going on break but apparently they didn't let the right person know , and the employee that worked there had to be out of work because they had Covid and they even brought a doctors note as well as a positive test and they still wrote them up even thought they were the ones who sent them home due to being sick! This person was not trained at all either they just threw them in a section and told them to get to work even tho they never been trained ,and any mistake that you do make they will document and after 90 days they will find any excuse to fire you . And on top of that the managers are very very rude , and disrespectful, yes they pay pretty decent but it is not worth the disrespect you will encounter and this job is not good for your mental health !( also forgot to mention but the communication is horrible , when this employee first got hired before they started they kept trying to call the store to see when there first day was since no one told them and they called literally about 100 times and no one would answer and when they did answer they would transfer them to the hiring manager and the she did not answer , so they had to go in person to see when there first day was )

Going to that Walmart on N. Marine Blvd. in Jacksonville might as well go to the zoo that's probably where they're hired most of all the people that work there People at the pharmacy if they knew how to do their job, I would die of a heart attack

Delivery and Curbside Returns. The last two days with this walmart have been HELL. Yesterday, I had an item scheduled for delivery. It was delivered to the wrong house. My neighbor got the package, opened it, and called walmart. She said they told her a new one would be delivered to me shortly since the package was opened. Well, the new one didn't arrive. I went in the store to discuss and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried calling 1800walmart 3 times with no call back. Finally, I got through on facebook and got the item refunded. Then, today, I had a curbside return because they delivered the wrong size. I sat there for 20 minutes after i checked in on the app. I called and informed them I was there. Someone came out. He told me I needed to go inside for that. I said no, im scheduled for a curbside reutrn. Then he grabbed the item, but did not scan my barcode, and went inside. I wanted to ensure I would receive my refund, so I called to ask. The guy that answered the phone was polite, but then I overheard him talking to his coworkers that I was "on some bullshit." He picked back up, and I addressed the issue with him and then asked to speak to the manager. I discussed the issue with her, and I left the store. I was then called to return to the store so my barcode could be scanned. At this point, i was in tears. The manager came out and scanned my barcode and solved the issue. I immediately got the return processed text message. I was very happy with how promptly she handled the issue. However, she stated that not everyone knows how to do curbside returns and that she discussed the issue with him and told him "he needed to code switch" based on the customer. So my complaint is this: Train your associates to do all aspects of their job and teach them how to mute the phone if they choose to talk bad about customers

I hate that they always ask for a receipt like I'm trying to steal something and walk out the front door. If I say no thank you when asked they always catch an attitude however if walmart wanted to make it policy then just force people to sign a contract like they already do at Sam's club sheesh.

Not as impressed with this location S some others in town. I came in today looking for a specific tree but they had none on display. It appears this store and one south had big blow out sale on displays but how can you see what it looks like if it's not on display! There was a nice customer in same predicament and had box open. The employees in garden center are very accommodating but I didn't see what I wanted so I ordered it online!

for me I never post this low but I feel this needs to get out because all it takes is for one of these guys to get trapped in a box you take home from the store and bam! You now have them. My husband works for a pest control company so he's the one that spotted it. We were in the Halloween section in the front of the store and I was about to grab a box when it came out. just chilling on the shelf. My husband said since it was so comfortable to come out, more then likely there's more. And 9 times out of 10 if there's one then there's more. He had added that maybe it came in on the Halloween shipment. that's a possibility as well. Needless to say we won't be shopping here for a while. I used to actually like this Walmart but it seems like over the last year.. it's starting to not be as clean and then this was the last straw for me. Was going to tell an associate about it to maybe relay to a manager but honesty they looked so unfriendly. So I just said then I'll just write online to let people be aware. I took a photo as well. But there's no way to really post that on here.

You can never find anyone who works there when you need help and forget about calling nobody ever answers the phone either. I've called every single department on multiple occasions and never got anyone. I've complained twice to management already they obviously don't care, their response was," oh we've been having trouble with our phone system today." Yet it's all the time. I won't shop here anymore I'll go to Target or shop online going forward. If anyone wants to file complaints go to this; Store & Corporate Feedback - Walmart Inc.

Beware of Walmart Scams! You think you are purchasing new merchanidse, but they are selling used items as new. I bought an Oculus from Walmart store # 01298 on, April 19, 2022 at 14:13:31. On that date a young man assisted me with purchasing an Oculus Item # 081582002246 in the amount of $399. This was a new item to my understanding that had never been opened or used prior to purchase. Once the item was brought home, opened and used by us, we realized that it was in fact not new at all. There was a registered user on the device. The device had discoloration indicating that it was previously used as well. For this reason, I decided to return it to the store I originally purchased it from with the receipt. I explained the situation and asked for an exchange for an unopened, never used Oculus which is what I originally purchased. However, the clerk stated the serial number for the device in the box, did not match the serial number printed on the actual box. For this reason, she refused to refund my purchase. She was able to verify the transaction was made and the video camera footage showing the purchase of the item. I have been swindled basically and feel very upset by this. I have been a loyal customer of Walmart for many years and spend a good deal of my money there. This was a very special and expensive purchase for my son. We lost his father to cancer in August and I am a single parent who works very hard to provide for my son. I work for ministry serving children living in extreme poverty. I am a hardworking, honest and respectful woman. I expect when I purchase an item, especially from a reputable company I use frequently such as Walmart, that I will receive what I purchase. I have contacted my credit card company and Walmart Corporate. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB. I feel like this was really wrong and it is not okay to swindle people out of their hard earn money. I am not even asking for my $400 back. I just want a new Oculus, that is what I paid for. I even contacted the registered owner of the device and confirmed with them he did indeed return it.

The front coach manager did not allow me to exchange a small camera. We bought it at the morehead Walmart and when I got home to connect the camera there was missing pieces so husband took it back to the Jacksonville Walmart. The front coach manager ANGELiCA told us that we were not able to exchange it at that store. She said we have to drive all the way back to morehead to return it. She said that was a policy. We ask if she can show us the policy and she told us to go to the Walmart website. Well she lied there is no policy about exchanging a product bcz of missing pieces. I contacted the Morehead Walmart and spoke to the manager and he told me that the Jacksonville Walmart is not following the policy. He said sorry they are doing this to us. He even said to talk to the store manager at the Jacksonville Walmart. This coach manager ANGELICA at the Walmart in Jacksonville was so rude and inconsiderate!!!
