I love going and getting the hot food meals here! And whenever Kim is working, I know i'm going to get a smile and good service! Will definitely coming back and hope Kim will be there every time!

Not sure what everyone else is talking about but this store is kept very clean. Most of the workers do everything they can to help every customer they possibly can while still running their sections and doing everything that they can do. The express lanes were specifically opened because customers complained that they wanted to check their own stuff out and they felt people were a little slow and they were faster, but the second they opened up the registers they complained that they were taking away jobs. I totally understand moving around items but unfortunately every six months every section has to change because it needs to update the items that are not being sold to make room for new brands or more items by those brand. Most of these items stay in the same aisle they're just moved maybe to a different section that makes more sense. That's not the workers or even managers fault, it's the company updating. most of the workers will take you directly to where you need to go and sometimes you can see people just walking away as soon as they get an answer so they're not expected to chase them to the Aisle but for the most part most of the workers do their best. I've seen many times where people were just rude and inconsiderate to them like it was their fault they couldn't find an item or they were directed to the aisle, but just didn't look where they were pointed to and got mad cause they weren't paying attention. My 10 years being down here 90% of the time I was helped and Walmart has a strict schedule on shipment so they don't get everything in every truck. Otherwise the store would be overloading with product so if you can't find some thing you're looking for by using the app which is used specifically to tell you if it's in stock then order it online because sometimes you'll get it faster. I feel like most people complain about not finding a product, but either didn't use the app to do so and look it up or were mad that the workers couldn't find it in the store and this is why I either go into the store myself or I order it online because at least then I know I can get it.

I bought sour cream for tacos got home opened it and was mold all in it and the sale by date was in march so disgusting

So today the guy that has a mustache a white male older deceive to follow me out store arguing bc I told him I refused to show my receipt that if they thought I didn't not pay look at cameras .. legally I do not have to show receipt y'all can only detain me if you feel I shoplift so with that being said obviously he did not or he would have done so so the yelling at me as I'm walking out and pissing me off to we're it started me arguing seemed like harassment after he followed me out the door and left his post to keep arguing with me I will be calling corporate since everytime I call I ask for a manager and get dodged or hung up on

Jacksonville SupercenterWal-Mart Supercenter #3864561 Yopp Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540 Open * until 11pm 910-346-1889 Make this my store?? NO WAY! Remember when customers concerns and complaints were taken seriously?? Apparently this is no longer a priority for any Wal-Mart store. We spend Hundreds of dollars here almost weekly. I will never go to this location again! Products are moved around to different aisles locations, which make no sense, and add to the confusion. Plus not properly priced. Produce is disgusting, they freeze it. What big waste of money. And my number one complaint is the VOLUME OF THE LOUD A** MUSIC! Please for the love of GOD, turn it down!! This request has been made several times in person, in email and over the phone and I give up. I don't know why it has to be so LOUD! WHY?? SO, WE WILL NOT BE SPENDING OUR MONEY HERE. SORRY, YOU OBVIOUSLY DO NOT VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Waste of time to even try and call, nobody answers the phone it's trash. All I need to know is if they have the carpet cleaning kiosk without driving around town wasting gas, and can't get a single employee to answer any of my 7 calls.

If u could give this place zero stars I would. Managers are garbage, inconsiderate, assholes. They lost power today and they treated their workers horribly. Don't go here they suck straight butt!!!

Just tried to call the manager for the umpteenth time. They lett it ring ad nauseum, then you get that tone that sounds like a busy signal. I don't know who is the responsible part for this, exactly, BUT. I do know that Wal Mart has it's deliveries made by their OWN TRUCKS. And I believe they are having their "fresh produce" delivered in FREEZER TRUCKS. This RUINS THE PRODUCE. AND WE ARE PAYING TOO MUCH AS IT IS. SO NEXT UP, I AM GOING TO CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS WITH MY COMPLAINT. Since they don't want to answer their phone.

Today I went into the store to do some grocery shopping... I have epilepsy and I'm pregnant plus lactose intolerant so my dietary needs are very complicated and my doctor set up an app so I could scan foods that work for me... I was scanning a thing of orange juice to see if it had too much sugar and within a few seconds of me grabbing the orange juice this very rude employee started SCREAMING at me to move out of her way... I immediately left and called customer service... this review is simply for the manager who listened to my complaint... beyond happy with this Walmart's customer service and management!

They always have their phone ringer off in customer service. I have called multiple times multiple days and they don't answer.. once you get to the store they say they never heard the phone ring. A simple question was all I had and I had to drive down to the store just to get the answer because they turn their ringers off to avoid helping customers. Super annoying!

This is my Walmart. I love this Walmart. I adore the crew at this Walmart and I will stand by them no matter what. For my gamers and electronic folks out there, remember earlier this year when Animal Crossing New Horizons came out with its own Switch? Remember how if you didn't pre-order one the day it was announced that you basically missed out? Yeah. That was me. I spent about six hours on March 13th, running between Wilmington and Jacksonville looking for a Switch. I went to Best Buy and basically got laughed at because the Switches sold out as soon as the doors opened and I was three hours late. I cannot tell you how many GameStops and malls and Best Buys I had visited. Twice I watched the last Switch being bought in front of my eyes. TWICE! My heart could only take so much. Before I left my house that morning, something told me to just drive into Jacksonville and visit the Walmart on Yopp road. Why didn't I just head there to begin with?? After exhausting all of my resources and being on the verge on tears (yes, I know, consumerism is a disease), I gave Walmart's electronic department a call as a last resort. Helen said she had Switches, but couldn't hold one for me, but that she did have a few and if I could get there ASAP I would be able to purchase one.Shout out to Helen in Electronics. You literally made my day.Now, my review isn't just for this one time, but I really do enjoy shopping at this Walmart compared to the one off of Western Boulevard. They're both equally as busy, but I receive better and friendlier service here compared to the other one.
