The customer service at this location is terrible. The lines are always super long. The wait is 40 to 60 minutes. This Walgreens pharmacy does not follow the Pharmacy hours. Today a hand written sign says “closed at 6pm, Sorry”

Has to be the worst drive though pharmacy possible. I waited to do a review after coming at least 5 times. 3 of which I just drove off because each car took around 20 minutes to be served. I was 3 cars back and I thought it would be around 5 min a car. Nope I find it quite perplexing because they text you first saying your meds are ready to be picked up.

Came in on 3/20/24 in tears. Winded up going inside instead of waiting in drive thru. It was meant for me not to go threw the drive thru. The amount of customer service I received that day was out of this world. SHYTIERRA (TT) Was caring and listened to my concerns. Shytierra went above and beyond to get things taken care of for me. I am very appreciative and will forever remember that day. There are still caring people in this world and people who actually care about their jobs and helping people. Give that lady a raise. The whole team was amazing I sat and listened to the teamwork while my medicine was being put together.

They will sell you a broken diabetic needle and Tell you to call a manufacturer. Don't bother getting medicine or anything from this place

The wait times are ridiculous I've been in line outside for 45 minutes this is astronomical, you've got to change things people shouldn't have to wait this long to get their medication. I'm over this I'm changing pharmacies. No where else has to wait like this.

Never have I ever been to such a horrible pharmacy. I can’t even imagine how people stay alive with using them. My husband had to get medicine filled quickly to basically keep him alive and this pharmacy firsthand said they didn’t have the Rx then two days later said they finally got it even though the hospital stated they received and viewed it an hour after sending it and even gave me the persons name at the pharmacy!! Walgreens then said that they got the Rx but it’ll take three days to fill because they are busy?!?!? It shouldn’t take that long to put pills in a bottle, that’s absolutely pathetic! I even explained to them if they can expedite it and the situation why it’s needed so quickly, we even had one of the nurses at the hospital call them and she even said how pathetic they where. Corporate Walgreens needs to look into this place because it is ran so so poorly and they basically are allowing people to die since they consider themselves the gatekeeper to society’s medication.
