I have had medication sent here 3 times now, every time there has been a problem on there end. This is by far the slowest pharmacy. I have waited days for them to fill a prescription before. On the last occasion I was told the prescription would be ready to be picked up at 1115 a.m. , knowing that it probably would'nt be ready I waited an additional hour. At 1230 p.m. I arrived to pick up my daughters prescription and was told it wasn't ready. This is by far the worst pharmacy. Avoid it at all cost.

Desperately trying to find my son’s prescription meds that are currently in a nationwide shortage. We live 45 minutes away from this pharmacy, and they refuse to let us know if they could even fill the prescription when other Walgreens were able to easily answer my question. Worst customer service (pharmacy dept). Would not recommend.

Worse pharmacy ever! Every time I go there seems to be a screw up! Customer service (except for Stormy) absolutely sucks ! I have been a customer for 5 years and these new girls and their arrogant attitudes and not knowing anything except for reading the screen is an absolute disgrace! My doctors are calling all my scripts into CVS! You lost a whole family of customers and trust me I will spread the word and be writing to corporate! This last call, I called 5 times, I kept being told they are working on it from 10am. But this nasty half brained idiot insisted I needed to call and get my own prior authorization for my insurance when for 5 years they would send it to my doctors office. Her constant response was pay full price and call myself even refused to put a supervisor on. That is why this is the best job she can get! Because she is an un educated moron!!

I'm starting to hate these big-name pharmacies. I had a prescription transferred from CVS on 10/18 and Walgreens doesn't show this transfer. I'm concerned about the transfer process. Now I have to wait for them to figure it out.

Does not honor appointments! I had an appointment at 3:30 for a flu shot. I arrived early and checked in. There were many people waiting and more that came in after me. All other people were seen and at almost 4:00 I was the only one left in the waiting area. I went to the desk and reminded them of my appointment. They didn't seem to know what was going on. I eventually received my shot but will not bother making an appointment there again.

It's Friday afternoon 4:03pm. After holding forever I got a message saying they closed at 4pm. WTFF is wrong with these people???!!! Zero work ethic. Prob not the workers. Most likely understaffed so management is just shite.
