Formal Complaint Regarding Pharmacy Service(PENDING)I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your pharmacy. My recent experience has left me compelled to escalate this matter and file a formal complaint with the NC Board of Pharmacy. I believe it is crucial to address the inefficiency and poor handling of public consumers at your establishment.On Oct 11, 23 my wife received notification that her medication was ready for pickup. We promptly arrived the next morning, only to be informed that the medication would not be available in-store until 1 pm on Oct 12th. This delay came after waiting for over an hour and a half, despite being initially told by the drive-thru that it would only take 15 minutes if we came inside.What further concerned me was witnessing 7-8 other individuals being turned away inside with the same explanation that their medications were not ready, and they were asked to return later. This lack of preparedness and disregard for customers' time and well-being is wholly unacceptable.To exacerbate matters, I personally observed an elderly lady endure nearly two hours of waiting, only to discover that she had been issued someone else's medication in her bag. The package even bore her name on the outside. This level of negligence is not only reckless but also poses a significant risk to the health and safety of your customers.Merely voicing our concerns amongst other clients in the store will not lead to a resolution. I strongly recommend a thorough investigation of your pharmacy's operations, efficiency, and overall quality of service. It is evident that your establishment is operating at a very low standard and shows little regard for finding solutions to improve customer experience.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and launch an internal inquiry to rectify the issues at hand. Customers should be able to rely on your pharmacy for prompt, accurate, and safe dispensing of medications. I expect a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide an assurance that appropriate measures will be taken to remedy the situation. Kuddos to the Pharmacy staff. The facility is to small for the volume of business they are doing. Management needs to separate the lab/vaccine folks from the prescription customers. Wait times are too long. The staff has shown patience and professionalism, however. There is not enough representatives on the registers. Not enough space to sort the filled prescriptions which wastes precious time. This is a very busy branch. Walgreens corp it time for an upgrade.

It took 45 minutes on hold, to talk to someone on the phone. A man finally answered saying “How can I help you?” but did not respond for 14 minutes straight. He did not put me on hold; he just left the phone and would not reply for 14 minutes. Maybe he was hoping that we would give up and hang up? He made an insincere apology and said “we were really busy”. It would not have bothered me if he had just said that he was busy and would get to me ASAP, but he just left the phone off the hook for 14 minutes.

If a Claudia O'Malley works here. She needs to be fired. Refused to fill a prescription because of her "beliefs" what an effing joke. She needs to be fired and the person that didn't get their medicine needs to sue her and the company.

ZERO STARS. The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Please please please do not go here or trust them with your medication. Not only will they mess up your dosage but they also will refuse to fill a perception (due to a miscarriage!!!!) because "it's against her beliefs" . An absolutely terrible situation and to only make it worse by not providing the medical necessity to avoid an infection.

This place is a joke. They loose prescriptions, then get upset with you when you ask why and then come to find out their system has booted out your prescriptions. Always a line, never ready with prescriptions, and the woman who’s the pharmacist there is absolutely rude.

The reason for my rating is, I go in here to get my blood drawn at lab corp. the first thing you see once you get out of your car is a filthy parking lot. Once you proceed inside someone must have spilt something hours ago on the floor and it's just there, like no one takes the initiative to clean it up. The store itself can use a good cleaning, along with the parking lot a good bleaching cuz ain't no telling what's out there. When I went to check out afterwards I asked the cashier, who tends to the parking lot and the upkeep in here. They said we do when we have time! Well ain't that some mess, a big chain like this and they can't have a janitorial service come in. Nasty!

Pharmacy is incredibly incompetent. Slow, waited 30 min with 1 person in front of me. Had to go back multiple times after receiving confirmation my script was ready :( don't recommend!!

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The females have attitudes like they hate their jobs and can't be bothered. Wait times are absurd. Had to come back three times and wait for medicine for over three hours. Don't waste your time go elsewhere.

Inconsistent with prescription status updating on the app.Phone calls take forever.Really slow service.I wait about an hour in line every time I have to pick up a prescription.Sometimes I even have to wait at the window for them to fill a prescription that was requested days ago with no update.

Be ready to wait for about an hour to pick up your medicine. This time I chose to park instead of drive through, but it is even worse.
