Don’t get verizon if you’re military affiliated. My husband got deployed and we switched him to the $100/month for international and they only give you 5Gb of data, 250mins, and 1000 text messaged for the month. After you have to pay extra. Go with At&t they charge 100$ and everything is unlimited while they’re away.

The staff here cares about the customers, and that means alot. I worked here. And I can tell you the co workers will rip each other's heads off if they think co-workers are ripping someone off and not getting them the best possible deal. If you have Verizon, or if you don't, go here and get set up. You will not regret it!

Hands down the BEST Verizon location in Jacksonville! My fiance and I came in to switch her from previous provider onto my plan. We were greeted immediately upon coming into the store and received A1 customer service. The employee that assisted us was very welcoming, tactful, and friendly. We recommend this store to all of our friends, and love knowing that we're taken care of whenever we need to get something taken care of with our phones. 10/10

I wasn’t exactly a customer here, but I wanted to attest to the kindness of the employees. My car battery died in the next door parking lot and they were nice enough to jump it for me and got me back on the road to finish my near three hour drive home. Thank you, Matt and the lady with the orange nail polish (I didn’t catch your name, I’m sorry). Because of you, I made it home safe and sound today.

If I could put no stars I would. This store allows people that are not on your account to access your account and make changes to your account. The alleged manager lies and says that they are investigating your issue and lies to you about getting back to you. If you value your account security do not go to this store and step up your security game with vzw. Go to a real vzw store and talk with real vzw employees to get the issues resolved.

The associate who helped me at the store was very helpful. He was very patients in explaining the different phone plans. He stayed after the store closed to finish setting up three phones for me and my family. I will definitely return to this store if I am in the area.

“What do you want” “okay and” etc sarcasm and rudeness. I hate coming to this store especially since they’re not even a real Verizon store they’re “authorized retailer”. Plus if you ain’t spending money they won’t even bother helping you since they’re on commission. If you buy screen protector make sure it ain’t cracked, the moment they put it on and break it they won’t replace it. At this point Ima just switch back to metro phone service is trash but customer service is better than this place

The people where nice but the associate straight up lied too me so now I'm out two phones and still have to pay a monthly bill on a line I don't have a number connected too. Great business practice.
