Greeted by staff member at door asking why I was here. Explained to her I had made an appointment, again asked why I was here. Explained my issues and was told they do not provide said service. Tried to explain we have had this issue in the past and came here to correct it, was told they have NEVER done this here. When I told her that was not correct she said again we have never done that. I left, called Verizon and got the issue taken care of. Why does a local store sell a product but does not provide service when needed????

Verizon has been our provider since 1994. Of course it wasn’t called that then. I did leave for one year and came back. The grass isn’t always greener over there. I love their coverage and signal strength. 5g at my house in the country. I do live near a state hwy. Just purchased a new iPhone 15 and am happy with the trade. Great service.

I want to give five stars for the simple fact that Kelvin and Diana had amazing customer service! I had to make a few appointments in order to complete my order, however, it was worth it for me to work with Kelvin. I ended up running into a technical problem where Diana had also stepped in to help me solve it. Her expertise was amazing. I would go back to this location any day if I were able to work with Kelvin or Diana! They were amazing to work with and made me feel like I was important. Thank you both for your time and for being kind and thoughtful. It was all very much appreciated!!

BRANDON was the absolute BEST customer service rep we have ever received help from at a Verizon store!! He was extremely patient and answered all of my mothers questions in great detail. He was so down to earth and so easy to talk to! I wish every rep in the cellular business was as thorough and friendly as he was. Thank you so much for everything Brandon and I hope NC continues to be good to you!! We’ll definitely be requesting you if we need help in the future :)

So despite I did not leave this Verizon store with a new business account because the upfront cost based on my company being newly established with no existing credit had a required 400 deposit per device.I would like to add that the team there had done everything in their power to have that deposit waved, but to no avail obviously was unable to make it happen.They have just as great products with just as great prices as most cell phone companies have abs they do have fair business plan pricing per mobile plan, tablet plan, and laptop plan.. unfortunately, as a start-up business, though, I have to think of the short term financial aspect, the less omniscient photography LLC spends now and pays later the more time I have to obtain the business to hate a return on investment.I would recommend Verizon to anyone that wants to attempt to have a business line but if they fail other competitors might be more lenient on newly established credit lines on new small business.If I would have decided to use my personal social security number with my business ein number may have been different (for the worse honestly) but I do not believe in mixing my personal finances with my business because me abs my business are both separate entities.Great sales floor team excellent friendly customer service and they will try anything to help its customers bring up front costs down rather its a consumer account or a business account.

They do not honor their word. They made a mistake of $200 and would not honor it. They said my phone was worth 600. I pay everything, go home, receive a call. Oh by the way we made a mistake so I had to return the phone Rod, the manager was the rudest person. He should not be in this position. If you go to this store then you're wasting your time, money, and your personal reputation.

Amazing service as ALWAYS. Got me in and out quickly. Allowed me to use the 150.00 off a new watch AND trade in My DAMAGED watch 3 even gave me the max 180.00 for trading it in. Also gave them the 100.00 that I was going to use to have my watch 3 repaired. AWESOME job guys keep up the good work. FYI everything I accomplished here they would NOT let me do at the Verizon store at 251 western Blvd. I will NEVER go to that establishment again.

Verizon sells me a product that is defective. Charges me a monthly rate to use the product. The product does not work and after spending an hour and a half they tell me I need to take it to Best Buy. Mind you I did not buy the phone from Best Buy nor do I pay Best Buy a monthly fee.
