The civilian lady they have working the counter for sending mail out is very rude!! Just wanted to return a package that was sent to me on accident and the lady came out aggressive for no reason. I thought it would be easier to send mail out on base but from now on i’m just going off base.

Some members on this base have very limited hours of when they have free times to even go to enjoy their life, let alone trying to go to the postal office. They only have one person working here, and the one day of the week, that I actually have the time, they aren’t open because their one employee is sick. I don’t blame her, I blame the inability of USPS for not able to send help. When is it ever a good idea to let one person manned a whole job.Sounds like management or some of these suits and ties needs to come down and actually works for once.

Jtaviah Ball, sorry my Cancer appointments inconvenienced you. The Marines promised to post signs to advise people I would in and out for these appointments but that apparently didn't happen. There was supposed to be another staff member there to cover the office also. I was not there during your visit if which you claim the civilian staff didn't properly identify customers before releasing mail. That's a serious accusation. Unfortunately we live in a society of cancel culture and truth or nuance mean little. Regardless, I hope your next experience is better.

Civilian staff never there, but military staff is??. Civilian staff let anyone take mail without properly checking ID.
