I gave this rating because of the customer service. You don't book a room that's already booked. You don't reserve a room when you don't know if the person in the room is gonna stay another night or not.

The place have been remodeled the staff is very friendly is very family-oriented with a barbecue grill and picnic tables in the grassy area for children to play so don't knock it till you try it check them outNearby activities: Parks, game lands, fishing, swimming, sea shells lots of good goodSafety: Camets that work

I'm not even giving this place one star it's not worthy of one. The room we stayed in was horrible. Food smeared into the carpet crumbles all over the beds feces on the bathroom walls and the room smelled like an ash tray and dirty people. I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy it's really that bad.Food & drinks: Pizza next door

I have stayed here many times over the years. Well me and my kid are homeless and I went to get a room. Well they said they couldnt rent to me because supposedly the last time I stayed I burnt the blankets. But my son was with me so I never smoked near him so I wasn't even in the bed smoking. But they wanted to charge me $100 per blanket. I stayed one night that time. I told her that the blankets already had burn marks on it when I got there. Like I have stayed many times and they were burnt before. So now being homeless I have no where to go. If I burnt the blankets I would own up to it. But I dont smoke while in the bed to many fires are started that way.

Lots of 18 wheelerc coming and going, idling overnight right outside the rooms. Staff was very loud early morning and banging on the door several hours before checkout time asking if you're staying or checking out..... like don't y'all have that information already. But other than that, nice for the price, clean and convenient to restaurants and stores.

Always well kept, very affordable and ALWAYS professional. Cheapest and busiest place. They have made many improvements and they continue to serve the U.S. military and families from all over the place. They provide the cheapest price and they make sure you have all the towels and stuff that you need daily. They also provide a swimming pool and free coffee.

Hey watch out for the illegal dumping going on. Random cars pull up, dump shit off and keep it moving. As I was walking through the area noticed a lot of locks on fences not locked or missing. Also the communication nodes on some parts of the property and going on to Onslow County School buses property are damaged. We all need to do our part or "them" will own Jacksonville and yeah I'm good on that. "We will replace you"

Stayed one night. If you’re looking for cheap, this is it. That’s the only positive I have tho. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and burn stains everywhere, noise all night long from every direction. A knock on the door then she opened it before I could answer at 0838 by untrusting management to verify occupancy that they got wrong and harassed my daughter for being there even when I told them she was staying with. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone except maybe a teenager.

My daughter and I are without a home.We have been staying at this motel for a few months now and we are happy with our room every night and the accommodations that are available to us.This place is clean , comfortable and affordable.We couldn't ask for a better deal.I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean , comfortable and affordable motel room.Sincerely ,Jack Gates
