Beware DO NOT rent from them. They will take most of your deposit after renting you a filthy place to live and then charge you a cleaning fee. Only good thing about them was responding to maintenance requests. They come and inspect your rental property every 3 months which feels like an invasion of privacy. Never in the 15 years of renting have I had a company charge a cleaning fee to my deposit especially when we moved into a filthy place to begin with. I couldn’t wait for my year lease to end to leave that place.

We've had a great experience getting our house sold. Sheila had professional pics done and house on the market super fast. Went live on a Monday had 2 offers and a contract all in the 1st week. Questions were answered in a timely manner, communication was clear. Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much for your help getting our house sold...have already recommended The Nesting Group to my friends.

I think it's very unprofessional for a realtor to continue to keep scheduling inspections and things of that nature while the home is still occupied. I understand these things need to be done....after we move. We are not the home owners that would be a different story. During showings there was no consideration for the dirtiness, food dropped on the floor by children and the in and out of people while personal belongings are in the home. Unprofessinal.Actually we have purchased a home that's why we are leaving and no the inspections done for the new owner for its problems are normally done when no one lives there before its sold. That's lender and new owner issues.

We have had the best experience with Jen. She has really taken the stress out of selling out home. We live out of state and she’s coordinated all requests expeditiously. She is extremely well versed in the local market and gave the best advice for listing price, negotiations etc. Our house was on the market only one day before we accepted an offer thanks to all of the hard work that Jen put in beforehand. She is responsive and you can tell that she really cares about you. Jen worked to get us the best deal all while being an absolute pleasure to deal with. You can’t go wrong with a realtor that has an incredible breadth of knowledge, a kind heart and a top notch work ethic!

As a first time homebuyer, this can be a very overwhelming process, but Suzanne and her team made this as easy and straightforward as possible. If you are looking for a Realestate agent Jennifer is a agent you definitely want representing you. She has a caring work ethic and genuine interest that things work out in her clients favor.
