I have know Karen for around 3.5 years she has helped me sell 2 houses and buy 1. She is amazing, she is professional, takes care of everything in a timely manner and all at the same time checks up on you to make sure you are doing okay within the moving transition. In all I give Karen 5-5 Stars for her work and more if I could.

“The Good Karen” doesnt even describe it! She found my husband and I the perfect home and made sure the entire process was easy and all of our questions were answered. She reassured me with every concern, answered every question, and made sure we were nothing but happy. She is phenomenal and 20/10 recommend her, I would give her a thousand stars if I could!

Our time with Karren started almost 1 year prior to the sale of our home, with an abundance of help from Karren. Our situation was very complicated, and Karren was very supportive throughout the entire process. As for the sale of our home Karren was exceptional, she took care of everything, even took time to make sure all the repairs were finished and satisfactory (we live out of state). Karren ended up selling our home without it even being listed, and at a much higher price than I expected. The best thing about the entire situation was she was straight to the point and honest with us the entire time. That is truly hard to find in todays world. If your looking to sell or buy a home in the Jacksonville, NC or surrounding area do yourself the favor and call Karren Crockett she will make sure the job gets done right.

Karen has been a wonderful realtor for me and my wife. She immediately let us know of a home that would fit our description of perfect and sure enough three houses later we saw it, and immediately fell in love. She has been helpful throughout the whole experience answering every question that my wife and I threw in her direction. If I ever plan on selling or buying another house I would immediately go to her as my realtor!

Karen is AMAZING! She knows the area and market, and estimated a great value for our home. Let me tell you about working with this amazing Realtor. To start, Karen, has some serious experience and knows what she is talking about. She bent over backwards for me and I doubt I am the first person that has been taken care of in the same fashion. Her response times are quick as well as her availability. There have been times when I will receive information late at night. To me, that means she did not stop working until whatever task she had, was completed. I really value that. With professionalism that exceeds what is expected, you'd think that's all there is, right? Wrong, Karen, was also an absolute pleasure to work with and has made my experience very enjoyable.
