My home buying experience has just started and already Jennie has briefed me on the process, assisted me with how to find a loan program and a lender. There is so much I did not understand and she has helped me to better understand the process. We have viewed countless homes and she understands my needs and wants. When it comes to first time home buying experiences, I wouldn't trust my experience to anyone else.

I called the firm addressing issues on a property Nextdoor that Sue lists for rent . When I called asking for Sue her assistant said she’s not in the office . As the conversation went on she asked me to hold and I was transferred to Sue who immediately verified she was in the office . Again they lost the house Nextdoor I had to call her about the contractors she hired 1 the pressure washing / exterminator / handyman as was pressure washing the house decided to take a nap in the back yard . The lawn man 2 days after I mowed the lawn showed up and took his mower off went around the yard ( just to be able to charge the home owner who is a young very respectful active Marie ) that’s how she treats the men and women defending our country . Then to top it off sends these contractors over to do a clean out with nothing in the house besides a few boards around the house one covering a sink hole to protect the kids and animals in the neighborhood . The contractors said they would put it back but never did . The attitude from her assistant and the way she takes advantage of the men serving our country that are deployed do you self the favor and find a much more reputable company to actually take care of your home. Also If you look at the reviews that are all negative she has a excuse for everything . Was told by the end of the day a sink hole would be covered with wood it’s now 10pm no cover over the sink hole

Sue is absolutely amazing to work with! Sue and her Team guided me throughout the home buying process, making it a smooth and, I have to say, enjoyable experience. Sue made every effort to communicate with me regarding any updates and pertinent information. Any questions I had, she’d address them quickly. Pleasant experience - 10/10.

The property management team's customer service is great. We rented with them for almost 3 years and always received a prompt response. We even got our deposit back very quickly.The cons we have are due to the condition of the rental, the short notice on the owner selling the home, and the move-out checklist.. we believe it should depend on the condition of the house when we first rented.. which wasn't meeting the expectations on the list - otherwise, great people to work with.

I was pleased with my service from the Sue Cruddas team. They were very personable and knew me by name. I used them for 6 years when I relocated from Jacksonville and also used them to sell my house. They were very good with helping me keep renters in my house and I never had a problem with my rent money being paid.The only issue I experienced was during Covid my renter would not allow access to the home. This resulted in 2 years with no inspection completed on the interior of the home. When we were finally able to gain access for an inspection, the home was not in an ideal shape.Sue Cruddas was very helpful in selling my home. She understood my vision and what I wanted and gave me appropriate advice to achieve what I wanted. I would definitely use her and her team again for renting and selling.

I have had my property managed by the Sue Cruddas real estate team since 2014. Almost ten years. Through my tenure with them, they always made the process as efficient as possible for me and handled any issues I ever had. Especially being 3 hours behind them for the majority of my team with them. Most of the time all they needed from me was a signature or approval to have something done and it was taken care of. Took immense loads of stress off my back. Everything from renting to finally selling the home was the easiest process I have ever done. I truly reccomend this team of individuals if you are coming to eastern nc area.

It was a real pleasure working with Sue. I wasn't sure whether i really wanted to sell my first house but i had seen an open house on our street (in a quiet suburban area) sell in one day, with multiple offers. I met with Sue and explained my reservations and from the get-go, she was extremely patient and eased my decision making process. Sue had a professional photographer at my house and within less than a week, i had offers.Sue truly understands how to sell houses. Nothing but great experiences with them as property managers. Always communicated quickly, they always stayed on top of paperwork so we had access to important paperwork and work orders when needed, and at the end they helped us sell our house quickly. Excellent team of people and never had any issues with them.
