The staff here is absolutely amazing and I love my morning stops here ❤️ they help make my day brighter. Coffee is always amazing and so is the tea to get through my afternoon. If you can't get here, no worries they deliver through Door Dash ❤️

Out of all the Starbucks in Jacksonville, NC this one is my favorite one to visit. I have had a couple of mishaps with them not making my drink to my liking or not having something that I want, but they happily fix or offering something else and that makes a difference when an establishment does something for you without making you feel like a burden.

I want to give a shout out for one of your Employees, Nathan. I am always welcomed when I go to the Yopp Rd. location. He takes his time to get to know you and pay attention to detail. It is nice to be able to go in and know you are not a number. I know Starbucks is extremely busy, but it is nice to know your employees care about their customers and orders.Kid-friendliness: it is welcoming.

I want to love this Starbucks so bad but they are consistently out of EVERYTHING. Especially the seasonal flavors and once it’s gone it’s gone forever, seems like hours after it’s been released. Of course the popular flavors are always sold out too. Like I said, EVERYTHING. The online ordering is available SOMETIMES. Multiple occasions I’ve waited an asinine amount of time for an order placed well ahead. Like 25-30 minutes. The Chaney Ave. location has none of these issues but it’s a further drive. It ends up being worth it though. That being said , the workers are very nice and I don’t think it’s their fault . On the rare occasion I’m able to order the drink I want it comes out good.

I have never been to a Starbucks where the workers make fun of the order in front of the customer. The one guy there (either Nathan or Nathaniel) felt a need to mock the order my daughter gave. The other workers almost seems uncomfortable hearing him laugh and make fun of the extra "blended" she requested.

Literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Got stuck in line for almost 20 minutes and it wasn’t very long.

Selina did a great job on our drink as we had an adjustment we requested and we are happy with the results. Store has a decent atmosphere and is clean.

I ordered through the app, and it took me 14 minutes to get to the store. I walked in behind a couple who ordered, and the batista made their drinks before mine. My two drink tickets were stuck on the grinder, so o know they were received. The batista asked my name and then said, "Yours are next." This is the third time this has happened at this store. If I paid for them on the app, why are they waiting for me to come in the store to make my coffee?

Drive thru is sometimes slow because ordering has to be repeated as it gets lost in translation sometimes.After I ordered and was asked to repeat, when i got to the window they still got the size wrong. They gave me a grande when i asked for a venti. I was going to tip but then decided not to due to that reason.I don't usually order food or breakfast here because the prices are too high.

The worst Starbucks in this area. The one batista Nicole is very rude and nasty. It could be one person making all the drinks for the car line and for people inside. They baristas are playing around. Not helping each other. My last experience was horrible. Got into an argument with Nicole, who treated me like my business was not wanted in the store. They almost never get the order correct because they are too busy holding personal conversations. Waking into this Starbucks you instantly fell the negative vibes.
