Absolute life savor!Had my older cars key break and there was no where I could go for it beside the dealership. These people were able to make new keys and for a good price! Super friendly staff and homely atmosphere.10/10 would return for all key related needs!

My experience with Simpson Brothers has a long history. There are no better owners or staff anywhere that own and operate a retail business between Richlands and Jacksonville, NC. In light of the big box stores nearby, Stuart and his staff go the extra mile to get their customers what is needed, and I don't mind having to spend a little more to patronize his business due to our friendship which has lasted over 40+ years, and as well as his parents that my parents have known.

Impressive selection of boots. However, I didn’t get a “friendly” vide at all. Felt like I was being watched the ENTIRE time and no one was willing to help me. Ended up getting all the boots myself. Maybe cause I ain’t a dude. Next time I need to help my daughter find boots, we’ll go elsewhere.
