I always have great experiences with the employees at the Shoe Department Store . They are kind , friendly ,and very helpful. I loved the quality sneakers they sell for adults and children. The sneakers are great support for your back , legs , and feet .

I wanted to take tye time and commend Kobe and Tyler, these two gentlemen was professional and knowledgeable in helping me locate the size shoes I wanted. Will be back in the future to do business at Shoe Dept because of these guys . Recommend asking for them for help.

Staff was very helpful! Special thank you to Alana for helping me find my size and calling another shoe dept in New Bern to have them save it for me to pick up. I was able to get the shoes I have been searching for, and it was all thanks to her! She really went above and beyond!
