I love shopping here! The girls are always so helpful & welcoming. They always greet me when I walk in. Jordan and sarah are the nicest workers around. Janna and Jaylen wrapped wonderful gifts for me! I’m so pleased with the staff! :)

Mackenzi and Maddy we’re so attentive to my family when passing through Jacksonville. They picked an entire wardrobe for me and my brothers. My Dad (retired Marine) appreciated the military discount. I look forward to coming back soon!

Terrible customer service. Went in to buy my boyfriend a gift. Mind you, you get off and rush to find something special in time before closing after working a 12 hour shift. (Clearly I could not go any other time) These girls knew that I was rushing because I kept apologizing to them. Not once did they offer to help me find a gift or even hold a conversation with me. Then, when I spent 86 dollars on a gift, I asked could she it gift wrap it & I got told no. NO to the “ complementary” gift wrap available. Why? Because it was 6 minutes until closing. That is what she told me. How long does it take to put two shirts in a box? The girl did not even apologize. I am calling in the morning. You are suppose to work until closing time. The time of close was 8:00. Not 7:54.Update: the manger was very understanding and discussed the matter & apologized for it. Very much appreciated.

If I could give Shimmer Boutique a negative review I would. I used to feel like Shimmer was a good environment for my family and I, until I saw how what I presume is the manager fuss at the employees right in front of us. I could only feel sympathy for the girls because of how humiliating, degrading, and unprofessional it was. Not to mention, other customers were around and saw what was going on. On that note, I will not nor will I recommend Shimmer to my friends and family due to the hostile environment that my family and I had to encounter.

I really like the brands and style displays in this store. I had a fantastic experience with the staff during Christmas! I had around 20 items to be gift wrapped and everything was correct and looked amazing!

Waited over 10 minutes for anybody to welcome or notice me. Store does not represent the owners well, the team including the manager needs to be looked into.

Terrible customer service. They had something marked $20 less than what it was supposed to be apparently and when I got to the register, they would not honor the price difference. It was their fault and they didn’t even apologize. Will not go back.

One girl who I’m assuming was the manager continued to nag on Associates while we were in the store. Seems like a very toxic environment. Do not recommend giving your time or effort into this store, I do NOT support that type of behavior.

I've visited this store several times to look at apparel and the shirts I want are out of stock in my size (I assume anyway, nobody ever asks if I need help). I have never, not once, been greeted. If you can't spare a mere hello, or check in after I've been looking for 10 minutes, I'm not spending a dime.
