The Salvation Army Family Store is a thrift shop with mixed reviews. Customers describe the staff as pleasant, great, and an absolute joy, with exceptional customer service that leaves people smiling. The store supports a worthy cause, sometimes offering free canned goods and accepting food donations. It is generally seen as orderly and neat. However, many find the shopping experience lacking. Common complaints are that the store is not clean, with dirty floors, shelves, and changing areas. The environment is described as lacking warmth and organization. Shoppers often report a scarcity of good items, noting that clothing and shoes can be too worn out, with not enough sizes, and that furniture is scarcely available. Some feel prices are great and affordable on some items, but others are overpriced and have been creeping up, leading some to shop elsewhere. Additional frustrations include a very slow, dated checkout system, the absence of a public restroom, and occasional staff rudeness near closing time. While some visit often due to location, others prefer the cleaner, more affordable store across the street.
Great employees. Worthy cause. Questioned why dropping things off.
They freely give away canned goods and accept canned food donations.

The lady with the red hair is amazing, funny, kindhearted and welcoming. The store is okay but lately idk the pricing has gotten insane. I understand trying to make some money but come on, all the stuff there is donated. Whoever is pricing the stuff now please get a different job
