I always have a great experience when I shop here. This is the second experience and it is just as wonderful as the first… I really enjoyed the involvement and the time that was taken to help me find exactly what I want… This is the first couch. My husband has never liked any of our past couches, but this one?… He doesn’t just like it he ? it… You can’t go wrong Shopping here, I will be back soon for more things.? Thank you again for taking Such good care Of us??

While We purchased out furniture from another Rose Brothers location that is now closed the Jacksonville location is now handling repairs and service for the closed in Wilmington, over 30 days ago we ordered parts our furniture under warranty, We called the Jacksonville location explained our problem, Mgr says oh yes the part is here, we need to figure out how to get it to you, I explained it was under warranty and we were told they would order the part and once in they would come put to fix it. ( We do not know how we are going to do that, the secretary who is handling that is off today, so over 30 days now no word from anyone about our defective furniture, We have done all the calling, even brought the defective piece into them. I asked the manager when I could expect this to taken care of, His response was I don't know. At that point I told I wanted it fixed or replaced within a week. 30 plus days is enough time to order and fix a chest that is broken! Poor customer service at delivery as well 3 trips to get the order right on delivery, now this. AVOID ROSE BROTHERS FURNITURE! You will glad you did.

We purchased a Lazy Boy recliner which is supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the working parts of the chair, well ours broke and I took it in back in May for a warranty claim now its January and I still don't have a recliner. I've spoken with Jonathan the manager several times as well as other employees and it always comes back to waiting on Lazy Boy.i didn't buy the chair from Lazy Boy I bought it from Rose Brothers who is supposed to handle the warranty. Definitely will not be purchasing from here again

We've purchased some Lazy Boy pieces of furniture as well as a Bassett bedroom suite. We've worked with Johnathan mostly. Each time he seems willing to deal and offer very competitive pricing. Recently, we ordered a new Lazy Boy powered recliner. Although it took a few months to get delivery we understood this was on the factory side not Rose Brothers.So far, this has been our go to place. They have a lot of furniture on hand, and they have zero issues with special ordering stuff.We did get a mattress set from Mattress Warehouse. The delivery guys were sloppy and banged the box spring against everything close to it. This was NOT the experience we received with Rose Brothers Furniture. The delivery guys were extremely careful, professional, and efficient.As I mentioned Rose Brothers is our go to place based on several factors. This being price, quality, and professional service. We'd easily recommend them to others.

I’ve been buying furniture from Rose Bros Furniture for 10+ years and have always, always, always been treated with the highest and upmost respect when I’m there. The atmosphere and the employees there have always been stellar and welcoming. I never leave without a smile on my face, after shopping there, with friendly and down to earth conversations. I’ve never been treated as a number/quota, but more like family. If anyone is purchasing furniture anywhere else, I’d highly recommend stopping into RBF to see what they have too before deciding, because the quality and prices of their furniture there, is well worth the trip. Can’t say enough good things about this place!
