10/10 customer service. We had never been to Rita’s before and a friendly man gave us the full explanation of how and what Rita’s is. And it is amazing! We loved it, so delicious! Thank you for the wonderful customer service, you gained two customers!

Amazing customer service and delicious Italian ice and custard. The hot cocoa ice is amazing. This was our first time at a Rita's and the owner was so helpful in explaining the different treats and combinations. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I love this Rita’s! We love the owners and the staff. They are so friendly and tentative. There’s not many good dessert options in Jacksonville so we are definitely grateful for Rita’s!

Best ice and custard ever!!! I love their options to order from and everything is freshly made. The custard is so smooth, it melts like butter in your mouth! Certain flavors sell out fast, which speaks for itself! The owners are kind and welcoming and the seating area is always clean! If you haven't tried this place, you truly are missing out! You cant lose, they have free tastings as well to help you select your favorite flavors!!

Lots of different flavors and a favorite to go to in the summer. Staff are very friendly and polite. My only issue is sometimes the Rita's App is down and you don't get points.
