We have worked with Shanon for over twenty years at this point! We bought our first home with her, sold it with her, and bought our second home with her after that. She went on to manage that property for us for over 10 years while we lived in far away places like Hawaii and Japan. Knowing she and her team had our best interest at heart was so reassuring when we were not able to be there. We ultimately sold that home with her help as well. Shanon, Lisa and the entire team at The RealtyShop have been beyond amazing! It has been a blessing and pleasure to work with them. They are so professional; also kind and down-to-earth. I have personally seen the dedication they have to their work, from the properties they manage to their Air B n B’s. They show such attention to detail! They even leave beautiful welcome baskets for their new tenants or guests; it is the most thoughtful thing I have ever seen! I would recommend them to anyone!

This team of property managers are remarkably great at their job. They calmly guided me throughout the process, had the property look brand new, renovated it from ground up and had a tenant moved into the property within a span of 2 months. They are very responsive, patient, qualified, and extremely experienced.

During the 7 years of having my property managed by such an amazing company and team, I have never been more impressed with their quality of work. I was going through a divorce and the company helped saved my home and found a tenant that was able to rent my property as I was going through hardship and Permanent Change of Station (PCS). Moreover, after having the home rented out for several years, the company also helped me sell my home and make a decent profit from the sale. I’m so grateful, thank you Shannon and Lisa for all your help.

Great team! Realty Shop managed my property for five years and transitioned as my selling agent at the end. Shanon, Lisa, Chris, and the remaining team members are communicative, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about property management and sales. As a service member, I have not lived in nor visited my home since departing NC in 2016. And, we just closed on a sale in June of 2023 (in absentia). They handled all of my affairs and kept me abreast with industry changes. They are highly recommended to anyone that is seeking a trusted company to handle their biggest investment!

This company is very terrible at communicating and a complete scam. My husband lived in one of their properties for one year, tried to renew his lease and they wouldn’t allow it even though he was a perfect tenant with only one complaint about some weeds in the garden bed. Fast forward to it being time to leave, they told my husband that he could leave earlier and to let them know when he is ready for the move out inspection. He moved out a month before the lease was up due to it being hard to find a large enough home in the area, we paid $3600 down (the amount of rent times two) they put late fees on the last months of rents even though they could have taken it from the deposit and then e left the house in a way better condition than we received it in (we cleaned, painted, and made repairs) and we are being nickel and dimed for ever blemish. From a stain on the driveway to apparently missing piece on the stove and refrigerator. The house was spotless and beautiful and now on top of them taking our entire deposit, they are also asking for $1500 on top of that for the other invisible damages. They have been nothing but rude and disrespectful and never addressed any of his concerns. My husband never once bothered them and always paid on time. I’m in shock that they think they can get away with this robbery.

The services provided by this team were outstanding! They did a great job managing my property for the last 5 years. The process from renting out my property to selling it was smooth and simple with their assistance. They kept me informed on any maintenance request from the tenants and the cost of repairs or maintenance stayed within my budget. Their services made it easy for me while serving in the military and being moved around from one duty station to another. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great services when it comes to buying, selling or managing your home. Shannon, Lisa and the staff I really thank you all for what you done and I would love to work with you all again in the future!

The lady that owns this company asks for application fees to look at property she owns and does a hard credit check as well. She has many family's pay fees for properties she owns and makes several hundred dollars this way. complete scam. I must applaud her for being so maliciously clever.

Realty Shop has been our property management company for the last 8 years and we could not have asked for a better company to care for our home. Wonderful communication and easy transitions between renters has made this process stress free for us. It was not an easy decision to sell our home but Shanon and Lisa took care of that in no time and made sure to keep us update every step of the way. We truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to us!!
