My rating is 0. I did not like the style at all, paid too much for results. I requested a quick weave bob with no leave out and my surprise when I got home was a face of shock. I did not get a shampoo the style was lumping and no visible part. I have only heard good things about the salon and they is why I scheduled the appt. I literally came home and took the style out my head. Smh very disappointed. I also just paid salon last week to do my daughter’s hair so out of pocket over $200 what a waste…

I will most definitely be coming back here again next time I want my hair done. I’ve been to this place twice. First time while I was 6 months pregnant. Second time shortly after my son turned 1. I have NEVER had any hair damage or loss and I’ve had 2 different stylists do my hair. I recently just took out a sew in I got from this place 2 months back. My hair has even had growth after removing it. Mind you a couple of years ago at the height of the pandemic I went to another place head mistress? to get my hair done. Only had her sew in she did for 1 month. (Maybe even less because it was so itchy and uncomfortable).When it was removed I had a large chunk of hair missing near my edges on the right side of my head. It took my hair 2 years to recover from that. So I’ve been very hesitant to visit any hair salons in Jacksonville sense. Let me advise I recommend coming here I am so glad I found a place that I know are actual professionals and know what they are doing.

Today, I had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Initially, I went in with the intention of cutting my hair, but my wonderful stylist, Nykeya, took the time to talk me through all my options. Surprisingly, after considering everything, we both agreed that there was no need to cut my three years of growth. Nykeya's expertise and guidance truly impressed me.
What made the experience even better was the drama-free environment. It's such a relief to be in a place where there's no unnecessary tension or stress. As someone who is quite picky about my hair, Nykeya made sure to prioritize my comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire service. I can confidently say that Nykeya has become my go-to stylist from now on. I'm beyond thrilled with the outcome and can't wait to visit again!

I love the stylists here, they work so well with little kids ms. Nykeya ms. Bria and Ms ladonna have always done a great job on my kids hair will definitely continue to come. The manager is also the best she is very friendly amd has excellent customer service. Thank you ladies!

I got passion twists yesterday by Ms. Chanel , and I LOVE THEM! ❤️ she did such a good job and was so nice as well. When I walked in the salon it was automatically such a positive and good vibe ?, I’m definitely coming back again!

Was my first time getting box braids and it was an amazing experience. Ms Chanel was amazing and super friendly and definitely got me right. Keke didn’t do my hair but she was also very friendly and I loved her energy. Wonderful place of business all around.

I really hate to give this place a bad review. The atmosphere was great. All workers were polite and inviting. However my service was not great. Shanell was friendly and held great conversation. However I informed her my hair was dry and I needed a keratin treatment with my blowout. She said they didn’t have anything like that. So she shampooed and conditioned me and proceeded to give my silk press. I asked if she used heat protectant. She said she did which there is no way she did because my hair is FRIEDDDDD. I told her I wanted trim and she began cutting without consulting with me and it’s not an even cut. I have just random different lengths all throughout my hair. She said she only cut about 2 inches but there’s an obvious 4-6 inch difference. My hair was longer in it’s natural state and if you know 4c hair you on or shrinkage is real. It’s been a weak now. My hair feels like wood and it’s coming out by the hand full. I really regret that I didn’t do more research because my hair was my pride and now it’s ruined. I wouldn’t say don’t come here but definitely research the stylist that you are trusting with your hair. The photos are before, during and a few days after my appt. My hair prior was thick and quite a few inches past my tattoo. During the cut the cuts are random and inconsistent and looks horrible. After my hair is matting up, tough and falling out.

I'd give them 1000 stars. I came from out of town and called them upon my arrival to NC, I didn't have an appointment nor did I have a simple task to do. I asked for them to squeeze my baby in, they did, they were patient with my tender headed baby and got further with her hair than I could ever ????. She has such a confidence boost and my heart keeps melting. She looks so different and beautiful. I really thank you all for being there for me.. I mean me and for my niece ????????.

I had my hair dyed black here and unfortunately I didn’t understand the difference with permanent and semipermanent hair dye. My curl pattern was gone. Still recovering from this 3 months later but I’ve since gone to another stylist and my curls are just starting to come back. I asked if olaplex No. 1 would be used and the stylist didn’t know what I was talking about. I would just be careful if you are natural and wanting color services done here if you value your curls. The staff was very nice though.
