I managed a grooming salon for years before relocating to NC and I was very nervous after an awful experience with the first groomer I tried at another company, but once I found Cheyenne I knew I’d found a great groomer for my girls!”
“Got a good deal on aquarium plants. They price match Petsmart online. As a long time customer, I don't understand why the prices are not the same in the store as online. Had to show the online price to get the lower price. So check prices online before you pag store prices.”

“My boyfriend and I always go to the puppy place in Jacksonville and cannot express enough how much Leah, Ashton, and the rest of the staff there care for the puppies in their care. They do their research and make sure the puppies are loved and go to the best home possible, we are looking into getting a place and getting a puppy of our own and feel so comfortable going there and asking any questions about any breed of dog. The puppies there are so happy and taken care of. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an addition to their family or just a puppy of their own to check out the puppy place here and in Wilmington, they do the best work!”
“This was the only pet supply store in the area that I could find that carried basket muzzles for dogs. They have a wide variety of pet products for all kinds of pets & they even have many pets for sale. Every time I've been in here, the ladies have been nice & helpful. It is a family run store, not big box like some others that I don't even need to name as you know who they are (hopefully).”

“Always love stopping in here! Quality products that aren’t usually for sale in retail. Nice to be able to see the products in person and test sizing before buying. Love the kennel options and all the different colors of items. Staff is always super friendly and helpful with fitting and questions. My dog loves coming here. Well worth the drive.”
